I had 3 separate items that needed attention. While I was very happy with the nice men who came and looked at the problems, their answers were super expensive! One problem was a gasket in the toilet. They explained how they only like another brand of toilet and if I wanted them to replace the whole toilet They could do that. The price seemed 3 or 4xs more than going to get my own. I did get the gasket # from them and ordered it from Amazon for 6$! I installed it myself! I'm frustrated that they didn't even offer that as a fix. They would have had a life long customer if they were looking out for me, instead of trying to make a small job into a big ticket item.

Very effective use of emails and text notifications to track arrival of their staff. Very efficient and effective work. Shout out to Tyrone for the great work he did fixing two toilets.

I was adding an addition on the back of a house and architect told me there was a drywell in the backyard.

I hired my excavator and tore up the whole back yard! Nothing anywhere.

Exasperated, I called River City, and within minutes they told me exactly where it was in the front yard!

I have called them numerous times since this experience and they have come through with the right information. And better still, they have never asked me to pay them for this information.

Wow, these guys are a piece of work. Called them to unclog a drain, $305? a few days later water began to flood from a fresh water pipe they damaged, they came out again and did nothing and another bill for $375. I called another plumbing outfit and they fixed it for $85.00. Beware of Anytime Plumbing. I renamed their number in my phone to DO NOT USE

Had to arrange to have the main water line replaced. Fast service within budget.

Mario provided sensible information fast, even on weekends. He rediagnosed a problem and provided a much more through and rational repair recommendaiton than the other service provider that I contacted, and Mario's price was about 24% of the other provider's bid. I hope to never need him again, but if I do, he will be my first call.

In our two bathroom remodel George replaced all of the plumbing. He found and repaired a mystery leak that had been slowly dripping for years. He replaced all of the tub and shower valves, the toilets and associated installation plumbing, and all of the faucets and sink plumbing. He also fixed an additional shower that had dripped for years because the valve was shot.
George's communication is top notch. We always knew when to expect him and he always showed up when he said he would. He was incredibly respectful of our home offices and didn't interfere with our workday. His work is done correctly, the first time, every time. It was truly a pleasure every time he showed up. He's the only subcontractor on this project that I can say all of this about. I will definitely call GLS for future plumbing needs.

I work for a stone fabrication shop and they do all of our disconnects and reconnections for all our customers who are in need of that. They are always on time, professional, and get the job done in a timely matter. if I needed any work done for my own home, I would hire them in a minute. I would highly recommend this company.

I called and they said they are not taking any new appointments this summer. So if I could put zero stars I would.
