Best Water Heater Install in Portland OR

Great service. Great communication. Friendly and professional. My gas water heater failed dramatically and I needed help fast. I have a very old house, so nothing that breaks is ever simple to fix. I'm so glad that I called Joe because he came to the rescue quickly and made the whole process pretty darn painless. I highly recommend!!!

Everyone I dealt with from the company was kind, respectful, and courteous. They were able to schedule the repair for early the following week. Overall, this was a great customer service experience and I would highly recommend 3 Mountains Plumbing without reservation.

We had a plumber out because we were sure there was a backup. Drain Hound came out and It took him 5 hours of trying to find that out that our pipes had broken. He gave us this company as a recommendation, and we are so glad we did! This company is professional and polite, but best of all they are very knowledgeable and fast! Fixed and back up and draining in 1 and 3/4 days. Great company and even gave us a military discount!

I cannot speak highly enough about Ti and Cameron. I had a main water line and water heater that needed replacing and they came out the same day I called the office to diagnose my problem at no cost for the estimate. After explaining all the fundamentals of what needed to be done, they were back within two days and got the job done. They went above and beyond to clean up the landscaping near the job site as well. We called Anytime for a few of our properties in the past and they are always fast and responsive plus they respond to work orders via email. Special thanks to Ricky for his quick service at our Fernhill complex.

We have had an issue where we have to run our water for far too long to get either cold or hot water. I wanted to bring in someone new to review our situation and, after checking reviews, brought in Terry Massey Plumbing. Terry and his son came in and in and, in the process of checking out the water lines, determined that the duct work for our dryer was totally shot and needed to be replaced. We set up an appointment to run a hot water line to the kitchen sink AND replace the duct work. I'll attach photos later showing how bad the duct pipes were- unbelievable and not something that the home inspector had caught when we bought the house just 2 years ago or, for that matter, the company we brought in to clean all the ducts sometime after we moved in. My wife and I are very grateful to Terry Massey Plumbing for finding this and bringing it to our attention. So the duct work has been replaced, a new hot water line to the kitchen sink- everything done on time and per their quote- and we're quite happy!

Mario was awesome. We were having gutters put in and needed an outside drain cap cut off in a hurry for a new downspout. We could not find a soul to do that. This was a dinky job but he did it anyway and quickly. He also gave us advice that saved us a huge headache and a ton of money had we listened to another company. Plus, he was just so pleasant and professional. We would hire him for any larger job in a heartbeat. Thanks Mario simply for being blunt and honest!

Beyond outstanding service. We spotted a leak in our ceiling on a Thursday evening. GLS got us onto their schedule the next day. The crew worked quickly and thoroughly to identify the source of the leak and get it fixed for us. They were thoroughly communicative throughout the process, letting us know our options and what they were doing. They were clean and respectful of our house. Plus, they were affordable. I will be keeping their card for my next plumbing situation.
