My almost 100 year old cast iron basement drain started backing up when I would run a load of laundry. I searched online and found Sewer Renewal Specialist. Joe came out with a special camera and showed me that my 2” drain pipe was only 25% open in sections. Joe was great to work with. He came up with good plan, explained everything and the price was fair. Taylor and Jose spent a day working and clearing 100 years of gunk. Unfortunately several sections of the drain pipe had rusted out on the bottom. It took some creative thinking by David (the owner) and Joe and they came up with a plan that would avoid jackhammering more of my finished basement. Every Sewer Renewal Specialist employee I had contact with was extremely polite and professional from the first person I spoke with on the phone to eventually working with 8 different employees by the time it was completed. They were on time, pleasant to work and did a good job tidying up. I would definitely recommend their services.

The technician, Abe, was really great. The service was on the expensive side, but I really appreciated I could book an online appointment and they came out the next day. And now I have a properly-draining bathtub again!

PEX did a complete repipe of my house. Good quality work, excellent communication throughout the project. Fair price. Brought a four person team and did it all in one day. Highly recommend.

We had been having problems with our washing machine drain overflowing occasionally. We had snaked it out ourselves which worked for a while but all of a sudden the drain pipe seemed to become totally blocked and nothing we tried could fix it. We'd used AAA for another plumbing problem and liked the work they did then so we gave them a call and they came out same day and fixed the problem right away (roots in the drain line past where our snakes could reach). Thank you AAA!

We moved into our West Linn home just over a year ago and we have had Bob with Nichols Plumbing out 3 times for 3 separate issues. Each time he was very responsive, especially for one plumbing emergency. Bob is very knowledgeable, and his prices are fair. On his most recent visit he replaced our hot water tank with a nice 75-gallon tank. It is nice, our family has yet to run out of hot water. Your first call for all plumbing services needs to be Nichols Plumbing.

We had a leak in our main water line. It turned into a massive job because the leak detection company had difficulty locating the leak. Sarkinen plumbing had to do a great deal of work for me over a number of weeks. Derek and Daniel were both co-leading the job. Both are extremely professional, genuine and responsive. I was in a pretty desperate situation, and was afraid that they would try to take advantage of me. They didn't at all. They were honest, direct, and clear with their communication, and very reasonable and fair with their charges. I HIGHLY recommend Sarkinen. I feel strongly you can trust them to be reasonable, and deliver responsive, high quality work that they'll stand behind.

I made an appointment with Rowe Plumbing to fix a simple faucet issue. They told me to be available from 8am-12pm on one of my limited days off from work. Well noon came and went with no plumber. I contacted the apparent owner/manager and he stated it was out of his control. I would say that if you are the owner/manager you SHOULD know exactly what to do and what your employees are up to. Very disappointed especially since I have used them before and it went fine. But they have lost their customer service and my future business. 12:10 and still no plumber, but he was supposedly “right around the corner” 15 min ago. There are plenty of other options out there, go with one of them.

Again, I contacted Rowe Plumbing with an appt set today from 8am-12pm. After noon came and went I spoke to Scott who told me several times to “shut up so I can talk” as I explained my concerns and addressed his dismissive attitude. This plumber, Andrew McKinnon, was then apparently “right around the corner” but he never showed. The lady I spoke to was also rude, and I wasted my entire morning waiting for these people. Even after receiving a text at 10:31 stating he was 30 min out, and he was still not here over an hour and a half later. When I said we had to cancel my son being able to see Santa today, they could not have cared any less. Use Simpson Plumbing. Seriously.

Got a new tub put in where the old steel one had given out, they were so wonderful through the whole process. Very accommodating to my needs.

Getting the right pricing with Fast Water heater was frustrating. I was quoted three different rates and the last bid was the highest. Tim the scheduling coordinator said that the manager applied the discount and the price was going to be reduced after original bid, however when second installer Shawn came he raised the total price. I tried contacting the manager and never received a response. Very unprofessional staff. Not recommended!
