They provided good service, but charged $572 for a shower cartridge replacement which took less than an hour. The average cost for this work is $200 on the low end, to $400 on the high end. The only part that was needed was the shower cartridge. This part ranges from $10 - $80, but their invoice doesn't list a price. So even if the part was the most expensive, they charged me about $500 an hour. The total time they were here was around an hour, with the actual work taking about a half-hour.

We converted from septic to city sewer and Seweral Renewal Specialists took care of it all! There were bumps along the way because we are subject to the jurisdictions of multiple cities/counties and they were able to take care of all the permitting from start to finish and were great communicators throughout the whole process. Everyone I met was awesome and kind - definitely recommend them for this kind of work!

This particular location only houses storage for plumbing materials and supplies and some off street parking. Their primary focus is on Residential and Light commercial plumbing service and repair. So at this location they have no retail.

Many, many times they have saved the day. I can’t overstate my confidence in this company and in these people.

I don't ususally write reviews at all, much less negative ones. But I am so appalled by my experience with this company... A technician came out to fix our garbage disposal. Looked down in to it for like 15 seconds, got on his ipad and said it would be over $500 to fix and that we should just replace it for over $1000. The disposal is just a year old! So I had someone else out, he got under the sink and fixed it five minutes. Didn't want to charge us at all. I called to inform the company and the person at the call center was extremely patronizing and just kept making excuses. Completely unacceptable. Beware of extreme upselling with this company!

Very upfront about possible costs depending on what he might find and even gave me pointers to see if I could fix it on my own first to save me money before coming out. Great communication. If you value honesty and want to know upfront you can trust what you’re told Pacific Crest Plumbing is the only way to go.

I called several times early Saturday until Sunday afternoon leaving a messages that they need to respond by email. About 18 hours after the first call, they sent me an email saying they got my message. The message was a form message, we'll contact you soon. I then found them on FaceBook and summarized the services I needed from them. They responded with a friendly message that said they will schedule me Monday morning and contact me as soon as their office is open again. The advertisement says they are open 24/7. Then they sent a second email that says they do not service my area, but the map on the google advertisement says they do. I can't tell if they are being dishonest or not but the messages from this company (open 24/7, closed from Saturday 3 pm until Monday at ? time, they will schedule then they won't schedule...) are inconsistent at best.

Con artists. Beware. Bid for $300 to flush system and $200 to fix pipe. They fixed the pipe ok but did not flush the system but still billed $500. Avoid this business. They will rip you off.
