Best Trenchless Pipe Repair in Portland OR

Would not recommend.I initially contacted 3 Mountains Plumbing to fix a clogged drain, which the managed (hence the 2 stars).The cause of this less-than-positive review, however, stems from the events that followed the clog repair, when the clog repair team and I discussed additional services that 3 Mountains offered.Over the course of the week that followed, I realized the clog repair team formed the forward advance--build trust and send in their U team (U for up-sell). Since the house in question was going on the market, I asked if they could give me an assessment on some older plumbing and whether or not they performed sewer scopes. Amazing... they offered both services but needed to send a journeyman plumber to provide a bid for the older plumbing and a guy I later named the sewer salesman.While waiting for the journeyman plumber's schedule to open up, I went ahead and scheduled the sewer scope. According to the sewer salesman, my sewer line was in terrible condition; fixing it would cost $10-15K. Given we'd never had a problem with the sewer, I scheduled a company that specialized in scoping to take a look, and who knew? They found no problems and charged less than 5% of what 3 Mountains estimated to scope and clean the sewer.Given this experience, I was less surprised when 3 Mountain's journeyman plumber came out and told me I basically needed to replumb the entire house. Included in this was the recommendation that we tear out the concrete basement floor in order to make sure all pipes were new.As long as you know your house and market repair prices (and don't let them talk you into additional services), you should be ok.

We contacted Sutherland Plumbing at the recommendation of one of our contractors. Ty Sutherland takes enormous pride in his work. Not only did he replace our rusting water line, but he also identified and fixed some other plumbing issues that could have caused us heartache later. He is very careful to present alternatives and list the pros and cons of each approach. He and his team stayed late to make sure the work was done to his exacting requirements. I cannot say enough great things about Ty and his team, very grateful for their high quality work.

Tyrone and his assistant replaced two outside spigots quickly and professionally. Perfect job. I won't hesitate to use Proline again.

Although I live out of state, the Mr. Rooter technician who came to my Oregon home to solve an underground leak kept me informed every step of the process, gave me options on how best and most economically to deal with it, and was a pleasure to communicate with. I would view Mr. Rooter Plumping of Portland as a trustworthy and extremely competent choice to handle a home's plumping needs and problems and will certainly call them again in the future if anything arises. When the hot water line behind our sink burst, after hours, Clark County Plumbing and Drain came out within the hour. I’d think that any after-hours plumber would be in a bad mood and do the minimal amount of work, but instead they sent one of their best. He knew exactly why it burst (manufactured defect) and that there had been a recall for it, too. Incredibly kind and knowledgeable, he didn’t stop at the easy fix. He searched around after capping the line and found that our exterior sink bib, which hadn’t shown any visible leaks to us yet, was also starting to leak. His thoroughness (after hours!) saved us from even more extensive repairs. I can’t recommend this company enough. Oh, and with all that, the price was incredibly fair. CCP&D is a win-win choice.

We were going to replace a heavily blistered and ovalized sewer line and did not want to dig it out. Molecular Inc. was recommended by a vendor I had worked with in the past. I could not be happier with the work and efficiency of the crew as well great attitude. They got the job done in 2 days, and it looks fantastic. I recommend that you reach out to them before moving forward on any sewer line project. Amazing work!

I don't ususally write reviews at all, much less negative ones. But I am so appalled by my experience with this company... A technician came out to fix our garbage disposal. Looked down in to it for like 15 seconds, got on his ipad and said it would be over $500 to fix and that we should just replace it for over $1000. The disposal is just a year old! So I had someone else out, he got under the sink and fixed it five minutes. Didn't want to charge us at all. I called to inform the company and the person at the call center was extremely patronizing and just kept making excuses. Completely unacceptable. Beware of extreme upselling with this company!

We had a water hammer issue and also had a water heater issue at a different time. A call to Sarkinen resolved both issues in short order. Speedy service is always at the top of the list. With very knowligable

Pacific Crest Plumbing is one of those companies. I will never use anyone else for my plumbing or bathroom remodel needs.

I like that everything was explained to me. I like to know where every little one of my pennies are going. I work in a service industry position as well and I know how important it is is a consumer as well as a professional to be able to tell someone what you're doing and why. And for them the quality of your work to match the price. This plaisted that period very knowledgeable, friendly, on time, dedicated to the work
