Everyone we interacted with from 3 Mountains was super professional, friendly, thorough, flexible, and articulate. Schedulers were accommodating and pleasant. The text notification system for service window estimate, pre-arrival confirmation, etc worked very well and I appreciated the convenient communication channel.While at the house, Jeff and Ian took time to answer all of my (many!) questions, educated me about systems and basic plumbing information required for me to make good decisions, involved me in the process, and were extremely polite. Honestly one of the most pleasant home maintenance/vendor interactions I have ever had. Definitely customers for life!

Having to do a sewer line repair from our house to the street is not something you look forward to doing. But if you've got to do it (and apparently you do or you wouldn't be reading this review), Sewer Renewal Specialists makes it a lot easier to deal with. Initial contact was with Cindy in the office. She was very friendly and helpful. Joe came out to do the estimate. Took the time to show me and explain what he was seeing with the camera. Discussed the process and answered my questions. After receiving the bid, David, the owner, was very responsive to my follow up questions. Joe's and David's professionalism won them the job and the rest of the crew were just as good. Taylor and Jose did the bulk of the work with the excavation and insertion of the pipe lining. Kamryn and William arrived the next day to finish the job with pulling the balloon, closing up the pipe and refilling the hole. Finally came Garrick to do a great job with the concrete to seal the hole. All of them clearly knew what they were doing and worked very well together as teams. And they all let me hang around to watch and ask questions about the process which I enjoyed a lot. I also need to compliment them on the software they use which kept me well informed about appointments and arrival times. The bid and invoice documents were also very clear and easy to read.

We had an issue with a possible frozen pipe between us and our well pump-house that's 200 feet away, and Nicholas Bobo & the second plumber (Jeremy? I can't remember his name!) were quick, professional, and got us hooked back up to water while the pipe issue worked itself out. This is the second time we've used Mr. Rooter, and I highly recommend them!

Shane and Mike have been to my house twice now. The first time we had a slow drain for the laundry and kitchen that was backing up into a basement floor drain. They took care of it quickly and also sorted out a bathroom sink that was slow. They were quick to come out and the cost was very reasonable.

The second time we had a shower drain that had stopped completely. Shane came out to fix it and couldn't get the clean out open. Not surprising since the plumbing is over 70 years old. He removed a large section of drain pipe that was too small to begin with and replaced it with the correct size all the way to the main drain pipe. They did and excellent job and I would happily use them again, as well as refer them to my neighbors and friends.

These guys are the absolute best. I had a tight timeline before my home sale closed. They ran into all kinds of problems with the liner installation, (due to the original conditions in my 1930’s home. They powered through it all, with a great, positive attitude, went above and beyond. They worked long days 3 days in a row until the liner was done. All for their original quote. I never write reviews, but this company deserves a shout out. I wish all contractors had this level of integrity.

Both times I have called needing assistance with plumbing they have a plumber there the next morning. Knowledgeable plumbers who tell you what needs to be done and done right. Expect to pay some money though, plumbing is not cheap!

He had all the necessary tools and equipment to perform the task. And, through out the process, he maintained a clean work area. He also did a great job cleaning up afterwards. If you've ever done a remodel that involved plumbing or lived in a rental that had plumbing issues, you know that a good plumber is worth their weight in gold. Nick at Pacific Crest is SOLID GOLD. They are really careful with budget, respectful of your space and super easy to communicate with, even in crisis situations. Pacific Crest is the real deal, people.

I called several times early Saturday until Sunday afternoon leaving a messages that they need to respond by email. About 18 hours after the first call, they sent me an email saying they got my message. The message was a form message, we'll contact you soon. I then found them on FaceBook and summarized the services I needed from them. They responded with a friendly message that said they will schedule me Monday morning and contact me as soon as their office is open again. The advertisement says they are open 24/7. Then they sent a second email that says they do not service my area, but the map on the google advertisement says they do. I can't tell if they are being dishonest or not but the messages from this company (open 24/7, closed from Saturday 3 pm until Monday at ? time, they will schedule then they won't schedule...) are inconsistent at best.

Excellent job of quickly diagnosing what needed to be done and getting the job done. Very courteous, helpful, and thorough from beginning to end. I was even given some free advice on small things I could change or do to prevent possible drain issues in the future.
