Chris showed up on time and ready to work. He handled the job quickly and even gave us pointers on how to keep things running smoothly. He also noticed we had an open pipe from waiting for a sink to be installed, and suggested we put a cloth in the pipe to stop sewer gasses from getting into the house. Nice guy, great service. In our two bathroom remodel George replaced all of the plumbing. He found and repaired a mystery leak that had been slowly dripping for years. He replaced all of the tub and shower valves, the toilets and associated installation plumbing, and all of the faucets and sink plumbing. He also fixed an additional shower that had dripped for years because the valve was shot.
George's communication is top notch. We always knew when to expect him and he always showed up when he said he would. He was incredibly respectful of our home offices and didn't interfere with our workday. His work is done correctly, the first time, every time. It was truly a pleasure every time he showed up. He's the only subcontractor on this project that I can say all of this about. I will definitely call GLS for future plumbing needs.

We love working with the folks at Bruner and have done so for many years (exclusively). This is a top notch company with top notch people who do top notch work. They are just a bunch of really good, hardworking people who are down to earth, honest and reliable. It is easy to see why they stay so busy (be patient if you have to wait a bit, it is well worth it)!

Service person asked about the problem, and then solved it which was to clean drain. He worked in an organized fashion, very clean, and with a couple of attempts the drain was cleared of debris and sludge. He worked in a professional manner. I appreciated his work, a job well done!

Sunday evening our kitchen sink decided to stop draining and the sink would fill with water. Anytime we tried to run the garbage disposal to help dispel whatever was causing the issue, water would spew everywhere. I was able to speak with Vitaly that afternoon and get scheduled for service early Tuesday morning. He texted me in the am on Tuesday to let me know he was arriving soon, was prompt, professional and quick. (Out the door within a couple hours)
