Portland Star Plumbing was easy to work with, prompt, and very professional. They fixed a long-standing problem (incorrectly plumbed utility sink). Both service technicians observed COVID guidelines and cleaned up after themselves. We we’re very pleased, and will be hiring them to do a big job—all the plumbing for a new, above-garage apartment—this spring!

I cannot speak highly enough about Ti and Cameron. I had a main water line and water heater that needed replacing and they came out the same day I called the office to diagnose my problem at no cost for the estimate. After explaining all the fundamentals of what needed to be done, they were back within two days and got the job done. They went above and beyond to clean up the landscaping near the job site as well. Pro-Line did an excellent job. They had to work with my Home Warranty Company (which was more than challenging), but they never complained and took care of what I needed fixed. Definitely would recommend them.

Showed up on time and prepared. The operator was personable and quick to catch on the process and lend a hand. My leak is underground pipe replacement between the-water main to my indoor switch. A major work! The job is superbly done! They coordinated all the subcontractors. All work done professionally. Not cheap, I am impressed and happy with the result.

Terry is a straight shooter. His prices are fair, he works hard, and does a great job.
Him and his son installed a pressure regulator, some new line, a toilet, an expansion tank, and a relief valve on the water heater. Our system is more complicated than most peoples, because we receive 150psi from the main. Terry explained everything, and has our place dialed in.
It is rare to find someone who does things right the first time and doesn't try to rip you off. Thank you Terry and son.

In our two bathroom remodel George replaced all of the plumbing. He found and repaired a mystery leak that had been slowly dripping for years. He replaced all of the tub and shower valves, the toilets and associated installation plumbing, and all of the faucets and sink plumbing. He also fixed an additional shower that had dripped for years because the valve was shot.
George's communication is top notch. We always knew when to expect him and he always showed up when he said he would. He was incredibly respectful of our home offices and didn't interfere with our workday. His work is done correctly, the first time, every time. It was truly a pleasure every time he showed up. He's the only subcontractor on this project that I can say all of this about. I will definitely call GLS for future plumbing needs.

Person came to check a leak at my place, I could not reproduce the leak and he left after 10 mins, gave me some suggestion. He was very courteous and knowledgeable but did not give me much direction other than to let him know once I figured out why the leak is happening. Once I figured out I emailed the office and they told me that I will have to pay another $125 for him to visit again for the same thing that I already paid him last time. I just dont understand how you justify making money like that. But at the end it is all customers fault for not understanding the business model. I do thank them for coming to my place but will recommend folks to understand first why you need them before calling them, otherwise it will be a quick 10 mins trip and a 125 bucks out of your pocket for no work done.

The service from Bruner was great. Not only did they return my call in the same day, they were able to schedule someone to be onsite quite quickly. Justin was efficient & thorough. While I hope I won't need to, Bruner Plumbing will be my first call should I need plumbing services again.

The technician Terry was a true professional who resolved the issue explaining what was happening throughout the process. Not only did he resolve the immediate issue, but he ran through various diagnostic steps to try and identify the source of the problem so that I can address them with my builder. I have to call Diligent Plumbing for what I thought was a leaky toilet. It turned out that it was still good. I am so pleased with Diligent Plumbing’s honesty and reliability. He wouldn’t rip you off just for him to get the job. He will explain to you what’s going on with your toilet and give you advice on what you can do. I highly recommend you call his business for any plumbing problems you may have. I’m glad I did not hesitate to call him. Thank you very much.

Bought a water heater from them in 2017 and they installed a propane water heater which my natural gas does nit convert to. I called them and the lady was rude and extremely unprofessional, she told me that since they are closing their doors this week and going out do business it doesn't matter. Talked to a very reputable plumbing company Sky Heating, AC, Plumbing and Electrical and they said that is absolutely wrong and why my unit is leaking. Do not work with this company and if you need a plumbing company go to them because unlike Western Plumbing they know what they are doing, they are professional and they actually care about people and the work they do. I will be filing a complaint with the CCB as well as the Attorney General. The least they could do is prorate the cost so we can put it towards a new one since they screwed up.
