Although the price of a replacement water heater was much more than I had expected, the experience was a good one. I phoned at 9:30 a.m., the tech Coleman, called around noon telling me when he expected to arrive, he arrived on time and had a new water heater installed by 5:30 p.m.Coleman did a great job of being friendly and professional. He was a hard worker and was sincere and a plain talker. He laid out my options so I could decide which model to buy.3 Mountains Plumbing is my plumber of choice now.

Highly recommend Erik and Portland Star Plumbing. So easy to work with and looking forward to using them on an upcoming larger project. Also happy to finally have a great plumber to recommend to others.

They installed a new supply line from the street to the house. They went above and beyond. Did a great job cleaning up when done. Everyone one was very professional and polite.

I definitely recommend Anytime Plumbing. I had a leak for my toilet that raised my water bill 150% a month. I called Anytime Plumbing and spoke to Jennifer who was really nice and communicative. I explained my situation to her and she was able to schedule me for the next day! Zack came out and was receptive to me working from home and not being able to be in the same room with him. We basically texted throughout the entire experience as I was working. He fixed my leak, assessed how much it would cost to put in a garbage disposal, and as an added bonus, he checked my water meter to make sure everything was up and running.

I called first thing on Monday morning to make an appt. Terry and his son were able complete the project the same day. I am very happy with the work they did. We loved that we were able to use a small family business for our services. Highly reccomend

They were the first to call about our need for service. They were professional courteous covid concerned. They were the most reasonable quote allowing for senior discount and cash discount. Saved us almost 300$ from the next service estimate. Installed a gas hot water heater. Then cleaned up the area and answered many question. Would certainly use them for any new problem. Excellent.

I ALMOST GOT BURNED! The only good thing about Pipeline Plumbing (Lake Oswego) is that Darla (office assistant) was helpful in responding. She promptly dispatched an apprentice plumber (Grant) to fix our toilet, but his visit ($125 assessment fee) was truly a waste of money – talk about flushing money down the drain! He quoted $570 to fix the toilet’s shutoff valve and fill valve and said that nothing is wrong with the flush handle (it was obviously loose). My wife quickly called George Morlan Pumbling Supply in Tigard to get an unbiased third party opinion about pricing. GMPS assured her that with such amount we could have paid for labor to install an entirely new toilet, and the material costs only about $25. Not wanting to lose my $125, I tried to negotiate the price, but was flatly refused. Thus I paid the $125 fee, cause I don’t like to be blackmailed, by anyone, let alone a plumber.
Then I called another plumber (Greg from Premier Plumbing). Without much drama, he arrived within an hour, replaced the fill valve, fixed the flush handle, and inspected the shutoff valve (which worked just fine) for a much more reasonable price of $200. Judge for yourself.

Very professional, great price, did a great job!

The tech was very friendly and professional. When he thought he unclogged the drain he was thorough in his testing and found out it wasn’t unclogged. He continued to work till he fixed and then again tested again until I was convinced we got. Awesome job.
