He provided three alternatives to our plumbing issue, articulated each potential solution very clearly, and was very polite as he made his way through our home. I had renters who couldn't use water or toilets for several days due to clogged pipes & because I had to dismiss the first plumbers I called. Proline located the problem in the main which involved digging up the front yard, a real challenge due to difficult access. After digging down 10 ft, the scope had led them to the wrong pipe. They had thought they were just about done but the problem-solving was just beginning.
As it was getting late I was worried about being abandoned. It was a real mystery as to where the water was going. My deep gratitude to Eddie, Alex, Vlad & Tony for their determination, persistence, & ability to work together to solve a very unusual & challenging problem. I hope they all get a raise.
When they finally located the problem, it was a mess! They fixed everything, backfilled the yard, worked in the dark & were finally done at 9pm...after arriving at 7:30 am. Although I thought the estimate I agreed to was a bit high at first, I really appreciate that they didn't double the price when things got messy. Thank you to that team!

They were the first to call about our need for service. They were professional courteous covid concerned. They were the most reasonable quote allowing for senior discount and cash discount. Saved us almost 300$ from the next service estimate. Installed a gas hot water heater. Then cleaned up the area and answered many question. Would certainly use them for any new problem. Excellent.

Simply put - I had an issue with a specific type of toilet and was told this company would be familiar with this type of toilet. This was an issue that required a prompt response. I called Bruner's 4 times and I spoke to the customer service agent twice. I was told both times that I would get a call back from a technician to discuss the issue and from there set up an appointment. I never once received a call and found another service.

Abe did an excellent job unclogging our kitchen drain, going above and beyond to ensure the drain pipe was completely clear and well flushed. Nice to work with someone who takes pride in their work.
