Really happy I called. $30 for a diagnostic visit and I learned that I had misdiagnosed the issue. Isaac was very knowledgeable and provided me with options for the replacement including a full replacement same day.While I am going to think over what size and model are right for our family, I definitely recommend this business.UPDATE: I contacted a “large home improvement store” and in talking with their installer, learned that the Rheem 12-year is “the equivalent” of the Bradford White 6-year. Their cost was within 10% of 3Mountain’s once I added own the “extras” of permits, and earthquake-proofing.That made it a no brainer. A slight premium for a local company that treats its employees well that uses American manufactured water heater is worth it every timeGreat experience. Quick install that was next day. Isaac was knowlegable, answering a bunch of questions from me and clearly care about doing quality work. Super duper recommend.Also - the water heater that was replaced was a 26year old Bradford White. Original to the home. I can’t imagine it was premium anything. I look forward to this new one making it a quarter century or more with some annual flushes.

Service and the tech, Jeremy, were great. The only thing that raised my eyebrows was the fee, thought was a bit high.

My neighbors called this company but for some reason they're blocking my driveway and when I came out to ask the driver to move the car he told me he'd be leaving in a few minutes anyway and then just walked away and disappeared. I said I needed to be able to get out of my driveway soon and I am not convinced that that matters to anyone. Furthermore I don't even see the necessity for blocking my driveway.

We had a clog down our drain pipe for our washer and Jeff got it sorted out in a few minutes. We tried getting it unclogged with a rented equipment from Home Depot ourselves but with no success. You gotta let the professional, Jeff in this case, do what he do best.

You charge for a bid? 100 dollars not cool and over bid on the project! We will never recommend you to anyone. Very disappointed.

They were so amazing. They even fixed my fridge for free so we can finally use our ice maker! They were professional and completed the job quickly. I wasn’t hassled for payment until after the inspection was complete. I would recommend them to friends and family.

They were quick to get us an appointment and had excellent communication. Our AC was having trouble and Tommy H. came out to fix it for us. He was super professional, respectful of our home, and took the time to explain all that was done. We are super satisfied with his work and highly recommend using them.

My whole basement was flooded from a recent storm. I had to gut and re-do their basements. I have a bathroom down there so needed to re-do some plumbing. I called this company, and they really are great plumbers. Very timely and knowledgeable. They really are the Best Portland Plumbers!

We called the day after Thanksgiving, and I was worried nobody would be able to come out that day, but they sent someone over in just a few hours. Rico from Mr. Rooter was super nice and got our garbage disposal fixed in no time, and even cleaned up afterward. The price was totally reasonable. Hopefully we won’t need a plumber again anytime soon, but if we do, it’s going to be Mr. Rooter.

My kitchen sink stopped working in September, so I called these guys because Jack came highly recommended. They sent two youngsters to work on it and another project. They took the other project apart and left parts strewn about for my roommate to trip over, then said they would have to come back another day to finish the job.

Today I got tired of them waiting.

If you want someone to fix your problem promptly and neatly, go somewhere else.

I just had a very poor interaction with the owner, not the crew of this company. My entire house is being remodeled after buying it and finding out that the flip company did poor work and therefore all the plumbing and a large majority of the house needs to be replaced or fixed. Very upsetting ordeal. I currently only have a bathroom sink and toilets working. A crew came out and quoted us and the employee that came out was greatly t! Very knowledgeable and understanding to our situation. Their quote came back the highest out of four we got in the area. But, we still decided to call them back and see when they could start the job given his employees knowledge and character. The owner told me the majority of his crew was sick and they could not start the job for 2 weeks, but would call me back if he thought his crew could start sooner so we could finalize things. After calling several other companies to see when they could start, one company (Beaverton Plumbing) could start the soonest and was the most inexpensive and their staff scheduling us were very nice and accommodating. Paul called me back today 6 days later, and asked when I could sign his proposal. I simply told him since all our plumbing has been out for some time we had to hire a company that could start sooner. This instantly enraged him and he began to berate me about how much I had inconvenienced him and including telling me off about not hiring them. I was shocked and apologized and told him the situation to which he interrupted me and implied me my apology was useless.
Right now I am glad I did not choose this company just because the owners attitude and I am glad they never started work. Being a small business owner myself I would never talk to a customer that way and I too have to make lots of estimates and often I invest more work then I would like just to get turned down or have a customer choose someone else over me, but I would never yell or demean a customer for doing this and vent my frustrations on them. This is apart of the business and given that I did not hear back for over 5 days, have an immense amount of stress and work on my house, and the owner could not start sooner so I can eat, shower, and live in my new house, I cannot wrap my head around his behavior and will not be recommending this company given the fact that if he had not acted this way I would have used them in the future and happily recommended his employees. Owner seems to have some anger issues that should not be passed on to people looking to hire him and with the ability to review him.

Call the company for the first time a man answer the phone did not tell me the company name just said hello super standoffish I asked if he can come out to check out my home he said no he can’t I asked him if he can refer to anybody he said no and hung up on me super weird I would not recommend them
