Called this company to come check out a leak in one of my showers. He was able to make the leak stop but the issue was more than expected. Made suggestions on how to fix it in the future. The main problem at the moment was the leaking and that got done at no charge! I am very thankful for Vitaliy’s time.

We had a clog down our drain pipe for our washer and Jeff got it sorted out in a few minutes. We tried getting it unclogged with a rented equipment from Home Depot ourselves but with no success. You gotta let the professional, Jeff in this case, do what he do best.

I recently purchased a new washer & dryer - and after I hooked it up, realized the drain pipe wasn't draining. I googled plumbers in my area & called the first one listed, no answer - I left a message... second one just rang & rang... the third picked up right away & put me on a 'wait list' for the next day.
They called in the morning & said they could send someone over in the afternoon, which was perfect! Jimmy came over & started working right away. He was very polite & informative. He got the drain unplugged only to find that due to issues with the pipe - it still wasn't going to work.
He gave me a quote to replace the pipe & I called the office to schedule it.
He and Kaleo came back a day later & got working away. I couldn't be home the whole time, so Kaleo was very good at keeping me informed of what was going on. They found another crack that they let me know about, so I had everything fixed. They were both very polite & professional. I always dread calling any sort of service in a trade... but these guys were awesome!
I would highly recommend them!!!!
p.s. the other place still hasn't returned my call...

Overall, very good. The one complaint is that I never heard back regarding my question for the remodel plate. I would have selected a preferred style and finish and purchased this directly rather than pay more for someone else to buy it.

Once I had some work done by Craig Anderson, I don't use anyone else. They're good about scheduling, efficient in their work, and honest in their billing. When one of their plumbers had to go into the crawl space, he assessed accurately, taking all the tools and supplies he'd need so he wouldn't have to crawl in and out multiple times.

I've used these plumbers several times already. Any time I call, they come promptly to my home in Portland and are usually able to fix whatever plumbing issue I have immediately. I highly recommend using this service.

If you are talking with the brand name plumbers they will try to up-sell you with consultations and make you wait for their sales machine to kick into gear to actually solve your emergency water situation. Think about that, they don't care.

I called to have my bathtub uncloged and I was going in to my sisters room to get 50 dollars for a 2 minute job.I was not fast enough for them to give them the money they left so I called and ask if I could pay with my debit card and the crew and answering service told me they would have someone call me and the crew thought they wasted their time to come out and unclog my bathtub drain for a 2 minute job and they wanted to charge me $50.00 the one guy I think his name was Ben was a smart ass to began with as soon as I answered my door I will not use pauls plumbing again.

The representative came within an hour of my call to the company, he quickly diagnosed the problem, which was a clog in my underground rainwater drain pipe, he used the clog buster attachment on his high pressure hose and cleared the lines 50 feet in each direction.

Call the company for the first time a man answer the phone did not tell me the company name just said hello super standoffish I asked if he can come out to check out my home he said no he can’t I asked him if he can refer to anybody he said no and hung up on me super weird I would not recommend them
