We had a clog down our drain pipe for our washer and Jeff got it sorted out in a few minutes. We tried getting it unclogged with a rented equipment from Home Depot ourselves but with no success. You gotta let the professional, Jeff in this case, do what he do best.

I had a faucet that was running slow. Nick came out and looked at it. He took it apart and found that a washer had sucked inside the line. He got it running better. We talked about it and it was a builders model faucet so I asked about an upgrade. He told me about a few different faucets and said his office would send me a few links to faucets we talked about. I chose a Delta Touch faucet, Nick came out and installed it and I LOVE it. How cool is it to wave my hand over the faucet and have it come on. No more dirty hands having to touch the handles to turn it on. I couldn't be happier, a great product and great service.

They've been out twice for our finicky old tub drain. Reasonably priced and super quick. And he cleaned the tub of the residue left from it it draining. <3

They fixed a leaking shower stall drain. It was leaking under the house. The work was done using quality parts (a metal shower drain instead of the cheap plastic one that had been installed and then cracked). They also replaced the shower drain plumbing under the house. It was a corkscrew of multiple PVC angled pieces, clearly not done by a plumber. I was very happy with the work done and the time it took.

I have had terrible water pressure since I bought my house 5 years ago. It took forever for the water to run warm anywhere-we just got used to that. After my house was re-piped, the difference is incredible! I am so thrilled to have had this project completed and I will refer My Plumbing to anyone for their plumbing needs.

These guys were great. The Inspection/estimate/bid for a new sewer line, was very clear, with no hidden costs involved. Edgar, Freddy and Jordan were a very personable crew. Very fun to work with. They paid attention to detail throughout the job. I knew things would proceed just fine after they showed initial concern for my street trees. Generally, I do all my plumbing myself, but I plan on contacting Cornel's, if the projects I have planned for this winter become to much for me.

From the estimator Charles, through the subs who drilled through our hillside, to Landon, the owner, Service Plus plumbing did a thorough, professional, cheerful, and careful replacement of our leaking main water line to the house. Everyone seemed to like their work, take challenges in stride, and were good about explaining what was to be done.
Their work involved two outdoor holes in the yard to drill under the ground and monitor crossing utilities, and one through concrete in a work room attached to the house. In each case the excavated material was put in sacks or on tarps so that when they replaced these materials it was hard to see that any work had been done in that area: really remarkable! The job took a little longer than they expected but there was no change in the price we paid from the estimate.
We got three estimates to start with and we picked the middle bid from Service Plus because of their superior ratings and because the estimator emphasized how thorough and careful the owner is that the work be done right. We now have no leaking water on our hillside and beautiful looking new pipe in our house to the main water line. The total cost was $7,500.

Will showed up about a week ago to assess our problem. It was worse than he thought but gave us a quote for the job. Mick and Will showed up less than a week later trying to fit us into their busy schedule. They were on time and very professional and super friendly. Our pipes to the broken outside faucet and kitchen sink were the wrong ones, but Mick and Will quickly figured it out and fixed the problem. They did the job very fast, well within the time frame they quoted us. We are very happy with their work and will definitely be using them as our go-to plumbers should we ever need their services again. I highly recommend Mick's plumbing for your plumbing needs, their prices are fair and they do great work.
