Had a refrigerator water line updated and the main cutoff valve replaced. Sean and Nathan were prompt, respectful, and professional! They worked with care, cleaned up after themselves, and made sure that we were happy with the work before heading out. They then pointed me to a discount I didn't know about, so I could save some money on the service!

Emergency well issue on the weekend! This guy is so professional knows what he is doing and this is the guy I want working for me anytime! Tony was his name and if I ever have any well issues then I will ask for him. Highly recommended and 4 paws up

I am very impressed with river city environmental.. Not only was their service excellent and staff very friendly.. They charged me the exact price they quoted me!! I will definitely be using them in the future!!

I can't say I was impressed. They were recommended by our sewer contractor, who was not allowed to connect the vent pipe to the new sewer line. Anytime charged $500 for about 30 minutes worth of actual work (they billed for all their time, from their shop to my house, from my house to Lowes and back, then they billed the time it took for the 2nd plumber to drive out and back) and less than $50 worth of materials. They were also supposed to bid the rest of the job, but never followed up. Needless to say, I won't be calling them any time soon. No stars.

Grew up wrestling Terry Massey’s Son at the age of 10 and ended up becoming brothers along the way, Not only is Terry Massey one of the most hard working dedicated fathers but he is an amazing teacher. He took me under his wing and had me working under crawl spaces doing repipe work for a short time, Taught me a lot of things I still use to this day. Terry Massey holds true to his values and has only earned a honest dollar his entire life. I’ve never heard profanity out of his mouth nor words of discouragement. Beyond outstanding service. We spotted a leak in our ceiling on a Thursday evening. GLS got us onto their schedule the next day. The crew worked quickly and thoroughly to identify the source of the leak and get it fixed for us. They were thoroughly communicative throughout the process, letting us know our options and what they were doing. They were clean and respectful of our house. Plus, they were affordable. I will be keeping their card for my next plumbing situation.

Pipeline Plumbing people really know what they are doing. They arrived on time, solved a challenging and difficult problem with our Roman whirlpool tub plumbing and installed new kitchen faucets for us, all in three hours. We will definitely use Pipeline Plumbing on all of our future plumbing needs. It's a great experience working with these professionals. Pipeline Plumbing and their staff represent the quality level that all businesses should strive for TODAY but sadly generally do not. What a pleasant experience!

Had a significant leak today in my crawl space from our water heater and Gary from Precision got out here right away and quickly addressed and fixed the problem. At a VERY reasonable fee. Gary saves the day!! Thank you!!

Very poor workmanship, failed to connect drains to sewer line, failed 3 final inspections, scratched new tub, left gaps around finish piping, left foam residue on new tile floor. I would not recommend hiring this company.
