We had a great experience with 3 Mountains Plumbing. During the scheduling phase, they were flexible and worked with us to come quickly but at a time that worked for our family. Jon-Marc was the associate who came, and he called to confirm around 30 minutes before arriving, arrived right on time, and quickly checked the sink to give us some options. He was friendly and professional throughout his work, kept the area where he worked clean, and got the problem fixed. He gave us a ton of useful information regarding care, maintenance, and their services overall. We were very happy with their service and will call them again if we need plumbing work done.

David was absolutely amazing! We have been dealing with a very large sewer issue for quite some time. This is the first home we have owned and weren’t really sure where to start with the project. David was extremely reliable, honest and affordable. You can tell he really cares about his customers. I don’t think we will ever use another company. Highly recommend!

Horrible job doing the repipe. Very expensive and left a huge mess under the house and said they would take the old away. They did not. Had another plumber come out and he thought I had done it. Completely unhappy with this disaster of a job after spending $8000. The piping is just thrown under there with shortcuts everywhere instead of making it look nice. Realized this horrible work after I crawled under the house. They must’ve thought they could leave this disaster thinking I’d never see it. I am very easy to please this is literally the first bad review I’ve ever left anyone.

This company is fantastic; exactly what you hope for when you have any work done on your house. They installed a new water main for me in a tricky situation with many variables. They were professional, timely, communicative, responsive, and did superlative work at a fair price. Ten stars!

Called them because my pipes froze and when I went under the house to unfreeze them I realized one was leaking. I wanted to get the pipe replaced. They did show up same day which was nice but basically told me there was nothing they could do (not really sure why) and it would either be $250 for him to just show up and do nothing, or another $150 for him to go in the crawl space and look at it. I didn't want to pay $250 for him to show up and leave so I went in the crawl space with him and pointed out where I knew it was leaking from, since this was hours since I'd defrosted it it was refrozen and not leaking, he took some pictures and left. Cost me almost $400, didn't offer to fix anything, just said he'd get me a quote next week about replumbing the whole house. Today the pipes unfroze and suprise its still broken in the exact spot I showed him. Now its gushing water and I had to shut off water to the whole house. Out $$ and still have the exact problem I called about. They're closed today so can't even get ahold of them to get them back out to fix the original problem. Feel ripped off.

I called River City Environmental on Sunday and the got my septic pumped on Monday Morning. These guys was very nice & helped with some roots in the tank. Competitively priced as well. Thanks River City! Would use them for future septic and plumbing work.

Terry Massey installed an extensive array of plumbing in our new church building a few years ago. The building is large with multiple bathrooms, kitchen and nursery facilities for young children. Additionally, we did a major redo of many of the water supplies and waste drainage throughout our several acre property, some of which were quite complicated. His work was on time, excellent and has served us well. His demeanor, congeniality and positive attitude made it a pleasure to work with him. I highly recommend his plumbing company for your needs.

They were the first to call about our need for service. They were professional courteous covid concerned. They were the most reasonable quote allowing for senior discount and cash discount. Saved us almost 300$ from the next service estimate. Installed a gas hot water heater. Then cleaned up the area and answered many question. Would certainly use them for any new problem. Excellent.

Hands down the only plumbing company I will use and have referred Pipeline to numerous friends. We hired them to handle the plumbing portion of a recent bathroom remodel. Every aspect of the job was handled with professionalism, in spite of our first tub having a crack/leak and needing to wait four weeks for a replacement to show up. Ken, Steven/Stephen and Jeff were great to have in our home. Pipeline invests in their people and in training younger people just joining the trade.

Had a significant leak today in my crawl space from our water heater and Gary from Precision got out here right away and quickly addressed and fixed the problem. At a VERY reasonable fee. Gary saves the day!! Thank you!!

Bought a water heater from them in 2017 and they installed a propane water heater which my natural gas does nit convert to. I called them and the lady was rude and extremely unprofessional, she told me that since they are closing their doors this week and going out do business it doesn't matter. Talked to a very reputable plumbing company Sky Heating, AC, Plumbing and Electrical and they said that is absolutely wrong and why my unit is leaking. Do not work with this company and if you need a plumbing company go to them because unlike Western Plumbing they know what they are doing, they are professional and they actually care about people and the work they do. I will be filing a complaint with the CCB as well as the Attorney General. The least they could do is prorate the cost so we can put it towards a new one since they screwed up.
