Always fast, courteous service!

I used 3 mountain plumbing for repiping my house and replacing the water heater during the repiping. Michael, Zach and David were here for 4 days doing that. They were always punctual, took time to explain everything they were doing, answered all my questions and would ask how I wanted things to look like and operate. They were very professional and customer service oriented. When all the repiping was done, there were still a couple of issues with showers & faucets that were the result of the old galvanized pipe. They went over and above to work on those fixtures to solve the problems and make them work at 100%. When I was originally getting bids, Chris was the only person who did a thorough inspection of the house and plumbing , verifying access to all areas that needed to be repiped. I honestly can't find any fault with their performance, they were a pleasure to work with.

The job went fine, they showed up when they said they would, did what they said they were going to do, for the price quoted. If it was not for the fact that the sewer worked when they left you never would have known they had been here.

The transaction was so unremarkable that when they sent me a request for this review almost a year and a half after we did business I had to check my records to see what they even did. That is how little I have thought about the transaction, or the work since. When you have worked with a few bad contractors over the years so unremarkable I hardly remember them is a ringing endorsement.

My main water line broke. They repaired it quickly. Everyone I spoke to was so friendly and professional. They called back very quickly. They email and text you as soon as they are on the way, great communication. Big thanks to Eddie, Vlad, Ashley and Tony.

I would highly recommend these guys for dropbox service, particularly if you're on a difficult-to-navigate worksite. We live on a wicked driveway that many large vehicles have found treacherous, and have gotten stuck on, but Gary made it up and out with grace and ease. Well done!

PDX Sewer Solutions was simply amazing to work with. They repaired our main sewer drain that would never have passed code even in 1979 when our house was built. The work done and the level of attention to detail was far beyond what I expected. The cleanup and care were impeccable. Mario is amazing. Very easy to work with. Talks over the phone and tells you how things are in a way you can understand. In my case he came out to unplug the drain to the septic instead he helped us find out our septic tank and showed me that it was full and needed pumped. He didn’t even charge me for the trip although he certainly could have as his service was valuable. I highly recommend Smitty’s if you’re looking for a place where you can quickly get a response from a human who will treat you fairly and do very good work if you need it.

Gene did a great job replacing the copper drain pipe from our kitchen sink, as well as a few additional items. In his initial house call, he gave me enough guidance to start opening walls and moving obstacles to clear the path for him. Consequently, when he came out a couple weeks later for the job, the job did not take him as long, and he had some additional time to good naturedly take care of a few smaller jobs that were not part of the initial job scope. These included removing some old service lines for a auxiliary sink and replacing a cartridge in a shower faucet. I would suggest, however, that you get a clear idea of hourly rates and parts overhead loading before proceeding with Pipeline or any contractor. I neglected to do so in my casual conversation with him during the initial house call. While the final bill (about $1490) was very reasonable for all the services provided, I would have appreciated a more detailed reconciliation of the charges.

They listened to my needs and provided efficient services. Some areas in my crawl space were hard to access, but they managed to finish the job. The quality of work was great.

They were friendly and got me on the calendar quick to come look at an issue with the kitchen sink. Technician checked it out and provided a quote, we decided to take a different approach to the situation and didn’t end up hiring them.

Very prompt when I called at sending someone over. They assessed and didn't charge for assessments when the news turned out to be worse and were up front about the damage to my sewer line. They then scheduled a free estimate for a full repair and encouraged us to get multiple quotes. Turned out there was also a clog in our pipes making it worse and the guy who came out for the estimate tried to move it for free with his scoping equipment, but couldn't. Did get a clog removal and in the process of continuing the estimate to fix my old sewer line. Overall pretty pleased with how efficient and up front they were.

Awesome service! Steve and his partner even called to let me know they had a cancellation and were able to come out right away. They finished the job within their 2 hour minimum. They showed me where Verizon had cracked the underground rain drain with their DitchWitch when installing their fiber optic cable (FIOS) to our home, and the bent piece of plastic pipe that was blocking part of the pipe where debris could clog, and a second spot where roots had also crept in through a joint in the pipe. They cleared all the roots and was able to partially bend back flap of broken pipe so that the line flows like it should. They also showed me where the pipe was cracked so I could place markers for repairing the pipe. Highly recommend these guys.

I see that this company has had some less than positive reviews, so I wanted to be sure to tell about my experience with them. They came out as a result of a service call I placed through my home warranty company. I will admit that when I saw the reviews online I was skeptical. However, I am happy to say that my experience was nothing like others have posted. The plumber arrived on time and was very courteous. At first he thought he'd have to complete my job at a later time due to needing to order some parts. But he called about an hour later, saying he found what he needed, and could come back the same day and fix the problem. He came back as stated and did the repair quickly. Both times he came to my home he wore a mask, was very nice, and listened politely to all my concerns. I have no complaints about the company at all.
