As someone who owns a business in the service industry, it is refreshing to find a company who goes above and beyond for their customers. A local plumber recommended them. They arrived same day and did an outstanding job. They even explained the septic system and how it all worked. I couldn't be happier with their services. The price was right and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I requested a sewer/water line specialist through Angies List due to a water leak. Rob from PDX Sewer Solutions called withing 10 minutes after the request and even came out that late afternoon to look at the problem. There was a break in the water line that runs from the meter to the house. It was a pretty large leak. I received the estimate later that evening and I hired Rob. He gave the job priority due to the severity of the leak. Rob and his helper, Ty, were on the job two mornings later. They were on-time both days they were on the job. Rob kept me in the loop of his findings and anything else that he was concerned about. After the job, Rob and Ty put my yard back together, spread grass seed, cleaned up the dirt and sprayed the mud off the sidewalks. It looks as if nothing had happened, other than the grass less spots in my yard. I highly recommend PDX Sewer Solutions to fix your sewer/water needs. I will definitely utilize there services again. I needed a natural gas pipe connection terminated and capped. I was in a real bind from a scheduling perspective and Adam and his team came to my rescue. I called almost every plumber in the Portland Metro area and no one was able to help for a simple job that took about one hour from start to finish. They went above and beyond to help me out and their price was absolutely reasonable, based on the fact that they were willing to accommodate my schedule. I would not hesitate to use them again or to recommend them. Keep up the great work, service and professionalism. You have a customer for life!

Set up an online appt for a drain cleaning and quote a new toilet install. Nowhere on the sign up page does it say there is a fee for them to come out.Josh came out - very nice. Listened to me explain the situation. Then said he would need to call out a drain cleaner tech and then come back and install - this plumber could not clean a drain line (you read that right). Then I learn the clean alone would be $400-$500. I said no thanks. Then he tells me it is $75 for the estimate to install the toilet. I was never informed there would be a fee to tell me that he is going to install a toilet, and why would I need someone to come out to tell me this? I wanted him to clean the line and maybe install the toilet at the same time if the price is right. He did not clean the line, and I was never told there would be a fee.Edit: Contacted the manager. The plumber was dishonest with the manager and said that he informed me at the beginning there would be charge for a quote. This is not true - I was not informed of a fee for a quote until he was about to leave. I asked specifically if they would take the fee out of the cost to unclog the toilet - he said no. The manager cares more about $75 than honest business.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Horrible, over-priced, extremely rude customer service!
I hired a plumber to re-connect all our under sink pipes, after we removed the sink to re-do our counters. The technician (William) was extremely rude the entire time he was in my home. When I noticed the water to the dishwasher and the water filter wasn't working, he told me he had connected the pipes he was supposed to and that turning on the water wasn't part of his job. After he connected everything, one of the pipes was leaking (which I don't believe it was previously) instead of admitting error in the reconnection process, he decided I needed a new pipe, which he promptly charged me an additional $99 for (it took him 5 minutes max to install) The price turned out to be by the job, rather than the hour (like all the other plumbers I called) Where most plumbers were $85/hr and the job took 1.5hrs, I paid $337 total (the equivalent of nearly 4 hours! It would have been one thing to be overcharged, but to be treated so rudely in my own home was totally unprofessional and unnecessary!

Scottie was very very professional. Explained everthing in detail so I could understand everthing. Please take good care of him. He unplugged the drain and also pointed out what might be causing the problem . The next time I need a plumber i will be calling for him. Excellent emplyee and excellent service. The office staff fit us into their schedule efficiently when an opening came up, communicated clearly, showed up on time, did the work on the spot for a fair price. It was a good experience all around.

Great service

One star is generous for my experience with this company. The plumber was rude and condescending. I would have rather used a different company but my home warranty company only allowed this one so I figured there was no harm in trying. Well I wish I wouldn't have used the home warranty plumber because I felt it was a waste of my time and service fee money. I tried to ask for recommendations for what he said was the issue (that apparently was not covered) and he just said that it would be a lot of money and there is no way I could afford it. I asked for a ballpark estimate and he just left. I was honestly shocked at lack of professionalism.
