It's not often I write these - frankly the experience needs to be pretty exceptional. That was the case with 3 Mountains, though. They did a really amazing job. From the start, Ian at 3 Mountains was a very friendly, personable resource who would continue to follow up with me, answer my questions, and provide multiple quotes until I was certain I was getting the right deal for the right work. They impressed me so much that I committed additional thousands of dollars to do some plumbing work in the house while I had them on-site for the sewer work. That required a separate team, but the back-office aligned those teams and turned it into a seamless experience, getting all the work kicked off on a single day (much less hassle and running around for me). They had to rip up a piece of concrete walkway to do the sewer fix, and even their concrete partner, Slab Works, was incredibly friendly and professional. And lastly, the contract stated no responsibility for landscaping, but the trench was deeper and the mess bigger than anticipated, I think. At the end, they brought in some fresh bark dust that made the whole thing look like new - they truly went the extra mile.Absolutely would not hesitate to call them again (but I hope I don't have to).

Every point of contact with Sewer Renewal Specialists was professional and pleasant. The work process was explained to us and scheduled in a timely fashion. Taylor and Jose arrived on time and worked above and beyond our expectations. They found our drain pipe had eroded so badly in one section that they went to the extra trouble of removing some of the concrete floor to replace it. They coated the remainder of our drain pipe out to the main connection of the sewer pipe just outside of the house. I would hire them again.

My neighbors called this company but for some reason they're blocking my driveway and when I came out to ask the driver to move the car he told me he'd be leaving in a few minutes anyway and then just walked away and disappeared. I said I needed to be able to get out of my driveway soon and I am not convinced that that matters to anyone. Furthermore I don't even see the necessity for blocking my driveway.

We contacted Steve in the morning and he came at 1:00 pm. He was friendly, sincere, and knowledgeable. He fixed our kitchen drain and gave me tips on what not to do to prevent clogging in the future. He told me up front the flate rate he would charge. I appreciate his honesty. I am glad my friend recommended him to us. We are very satisfied with his work.
