After seven long months of sewer repair, it backed up again after only a short time! I called David and he came right out. He was thorough,and explained the problem and gave me referrals to get the job finished. He even sent me a confirming dirty movie for further reference! I would not wish this situation on my worst enemy. That is to be in a position to desperately require your septic system to be repaired. It is the worst possible nightmare. But if you ever find yourself in that situation the people that you want to call is River City Environmental. They will get the job done right.

Recently, I had a big problem with my bedroom toilet from roots. I called Burfitt Plumbing and was very fortunate how fast the technician took care of the problem. The guy ROCKED!

My neighbors called this company but for some reason they're blocking my driveway and when I came out to ask the driver to move the car he told me he'd be leaving in a few minutes anyway and then just walked away and disappeared. I said I needed to be able to get out of my driveway soon and I am not convinced that that matters to anyone. Furthermore I don't even see the necessity for blocking my driveway.

We had a clog down our drain pipe for our washer and Jeff got it sorted out in a few minutes. We tried getting it unclogged with a rented equipment from Home Depot ourselves but with no success. You gotta let the professional, Jeff in this case, do what he do best.

Mike and his crew were super great! They came out right away and diagnosed the issue and came when they said they would. They did awesome work for a reasonable rate. I would certainly use them again and recommend them to everyone!

Bob put in a bidet for us and changed out the non working toilet parts with ones that flush great! He is the nicest guy and does great work!!! He is so good he got a tip!!!

And to show how classy they are, when they couldn’t easily replace our worn-out specialty water heater, they didn’t try to upsell us. Instead Leslie recommended another plumber without hesitation who she said was the best in Portland at tricky water heater installations. That kind of honesty and integrity is true care that customers like me never forget.

On Sunday morning of Thanksgiving holiday weekend, I heard a noise in my wall. A pipe rattling. Tried to find source, but everything appeared fine. However, when I looked at my water meter, the counter was ZOOMING. I shut off the water to my duplex - which meant neither I nor my tenants had water. I started calling plumbers who's websites promised 24/7 service. For the first 15 calls, I got: no answer, voice mail, or hesitant promises to send someone in a few days. I finally called Pauls. Josh answered my call and came on a holiday weekend! He found several inches of water in crawlspace. He explained the water would have to be removed before repairs could be made. When the crawl space was dried out, Ben and his apprentice came, found the problem, and fixed it to my complete satisfaction. I'd recommend Pauls Plumbing to anyone.
