Called them about 8am with a waterheater issue. Was called back by 815 with a two hour time window for technician arrival. Bothe people on the phone were pleasant and very helpful and seemed ready to make this process as easy as possible.The tech. Monsae called when hes was 15 or so away, by the way they were almost 75 minites ahead of time window ( good for me). When he and his assistant arrived they listened to my issue and description of problem then went in to investigate. They found waterheater had given up and decided to leak ending it 12 uear career.They took measurements, and took time to ask me what i wanted in new system.They took 15 or 20 min. To come up with 6 different options for replacement. I ultimately chose a standaed heater with booster tank and 12 year service plan. All the options were explaned to me and costs were broken down so they were understandable.Both gentelmen were pleasant and knowledgeable about thier products and craft.They called office had parts in thier wearhouse and had them sent out while they proceeded to remove the old waterheater.After the install they cleaned everything up almost couldnt tell they were here went over my maintenance contract again and made sure i was happy showing me pics and short vids of work that was done.I would highly reccomend Three Mountians Plumbing to anyone, and will be using them in the future as needed. Price was fair ,workmanship was great as was the whole experience with office staff and installers alike.Thank you so much for helping with a home crissis so effectively.

Chris, the technician was very professional. He was friendly and kept us informed of what the issues were and gave us options of how to correct the problem.
After we’d decided on the option, he did a great job of resolving the problem to our satisfaction.

I love this place. They are quick to get the work done. They are honest about what things will cost and never hide fees for the end of a project. It is such a relief to be able to call them for a job and know I can not only afford it, but it won’t be out of my budget once they have finished. Can’t beat that anywhere!

Mario was awesome. We were having gutters put in and needed an outside drain cap cut off in a hurry for a new downspout. We could not find a soul to do that. This was a dinky job but he did it anyway and quickly. He also gave us advice that saved us a huge headache and a ton of money had we listened to another company. Plus, he was just so pleasant and professional. We would hire him for any larger job in a heartbeat. Thanks Mario simply for being blunt and honest!

Had an upstairs leak that I was not able to resolve on my own.
Pipeline was able to send a plumber to my location next day. Prices were quoted based on job, not based on an hourly rate, and quoted prices were reasonable. Grant arrived on time, was professional, friendly, and completed job quickly and skillfully. Thanks Grant and Pipeline.

Jeff and Corey from Roto Rotor inPortland OR were the best. Very knowledgeable and friendly.They replaced the hot water filters in both my kitchen and bathroom faucets. They both work great now.Highly recommend Jeff and Corey.This was on Friday July 28.

Woke up the other morning and had luke warm water in all my faucets. By night time, the water was ice cold. Thought I needed a new water heater. :( Called Vitaliy, he was here on Friday and arrived early. Turned out the pilot light had gone out, he lit it, and that was it! :)
All I can say is, Vitaliy was prompt, professional, funny and courteous. He also took the time to explain the “why, what and how.” Really nice guy and so was his helper. If I should ever need any type of plumbing, etc., I’ll be calling on Dilligent Plumbing! Thank you so much!!!!

I've been using Pro Plumb for about 8 years at this point at two different jobs and have always had a great experience. Fantastic employees, awesome service and fair pricing. Will continue to call them first for any plumbing jobs I have.

Steve was able to come out only an hour after I called and did an incredible job working through a tough problem. Couldn’t be happier with the honesty and work ethic he showed and at a price that was extremely fair and reasonable.

First time a plumber came out, he said I needed additional services. Second time, the plumber said he needed additional help and I needed additional services that would take two people all day.
Third time, they did indeed take all day, with one plumber being hours late.
After that, I had a strange smell coming from my crawlspace. I called in, and the person who answered said that something had probably died down there and that I should check my crawlspace.
I called a different plumbing company, whose rep found that 4-5 rubber gloves had been forcibly inserted into my pipes by Happy's plumbers.
I've emailed Happy's twice, and my warranty company has called them once with no response. Figured I should inform the public, since I've given them since October to respond.
