Avoid this outfit at all costs. They made a mistake on some of the finish work at my house and tried to charge me for the extra time. When I disputed it and hadn't issued payment for ONE DAY, they showed up at my house and turned off the water while I wasn't there! Horrid company and super rude. They wouldn't even put boots on or lay down tarps or anything while they worked in my home. That should've been my first indicator to not use them. Too late now. Again, super unprofessional and overall rude. Avoid at all costs.

Mario provided sensible information fast, even on weekends. He rediagnosed a problem and provided a much more through and rational repair recommendaiton than the other service provider that I contacted, and Mario's price was about 24% of the other provider's bid. I hope to never need him again, but if I do, he will be my first call.

Mr. Rooter’s tech, Justin, came out within 90 minutes of the call and thoroughly assessed our entire system with state of the art equipment. We had clear, simple answers and solutions to this ongoing headache within a short time. Justin made great use of his time while onsite during a waiting period by fixing other little issues, he never stopped moving. It really felt like he was on our team, and that is rare to find these days.

He answered his phone promptly, gave me a very fair price, showed up on time and diagnosed a very difficult problem. He stayed late to make sure the problem was fixed and even used his own genius to remove a blockage most plumbers would have never seen or considered. Hands down, the best service I have come across in a long time. That seems hard to come by these days... I've worked with contractors before and this was a completely different experience. Honestly, I was waiting to get hit with a huge quote but it was actually really reasonable and there were even a few different options they had for me to chose from. They took care of the job right away and were very professional. Good guys and I would highly recommend them.

I have never experienced such a horrible person when contacting this company. He was rude and condescending and literally told me how dare I reach out to him on a holiday weekend. If you cannot deal with customers, regardless of the date, find a receptionist who knows how to speak to people with respect and dignity or maybe wait till your precious holiday weekend is over to return a phone call. I will not use this company again strictly based on how I was spoken to. I don't know who you are to the company but you should learn to speak to people like an adult.
