The plumbers are knowledgeable and polite. Very careful to keep everything clean. Their work is warranted and excellent. A picture and name of the plumber comes on phone and email to let us know exactly who will be coming. We highly recommend them.

Great experience from the moment I called until my same day appointment ended. Friendly, knowledgeable and on time. Eddie, got right to the problem and repaired it, no messing around. I really liked that.

When we got the storm water notice I was not sure what to do. River City Environmental was professional and knew everything we needed to gain compliance. They charged us what they said they would and didn't tack on any additional fees!

I have a baby so naturally I was worried they wouldn't be flexible or quiet. Not only were they more than happy to accomodate, they were very friendly and took extra precautions to keep our space clean while they got the job done quietly. Their customer service is off the charts! We will exclusively use them from now on - no questions asked.

Terry is a straight shooter. His prices are fair, he works hard, and does a great job.
Him and his son installed a pressure regulator, some new line, a toilet, an expansion tank, and a relief valve on the water heater. Our system is more complicated than most peoples, because we receive 150psi from the main. Terry explained everything, and has our place dialed in.
It is rare to find someone who does things right the first time and doesn't try to rip you off. Thank you Terry and son.

The job performed by Smitty's could not have been better. Everything was completed as promised and within the quoted bid. I was given honest and professional updates all along the way. I would recommend Smitty's to anyone needing sewer work.

I ALMOST GOT BURNED! The only good thing about Pipeline Plumbing (Lake Oswego) is that Darla (office assistant) was helpful in responding. She promptly dispatched an apprentice plumber (Grant) to fix our toilet, but his visit ($125 assessment fee) was truly a waste of money – talk about flushing money down the drain! He quoted $570 to fix the toilet’s shutoff valve and fill valve and said that nothing is wrong with the flush handle (it was obviously loose). My wife quickly called George Morlan Pumbling Supply in Tigard to get an unbiased third party opinion about pricing. GMPS assured her that with such amount we could have paid for labor to install an entirely new toilet, and the material costs only about $25. Not wanting to lose my $125, I tried to negotiate the price, but was flatly refused. Thus I paid the $125 fee, cause I don’t like to be blackmailed, by anyone, let alone a plumber.
Then I called another plumber (Greg from Premier Plumbing). Without much drama, he arrived within an hour, replaced the fill valve, fixed the flush handle, and inspected the shutoff valve (which worked just fine) for a much more reasonable price of $200. Judge for yourself.

I am so impressed and grateful for rapid response and repair of my plumbing issue! These people are the best. I highly recommend!

We had a dripping bath tub faucet we tried to repair on our own, but just couldn't get right. Aside from that, our water pressure was INSANELY high (120) and when we went to adjust it, noticed the reducer was rusted and broken- yikes! As new home owners, we were really at a loss of what to do.

I called quite a few companies in the area and most required a $100 fee just to come take a look and give an estimate. Aside from that, most reviews were not great AND my husband and I both work and NO major company was willing to come on a weekend for us. I would've had to take time off work to get an estimate.

I finally found Diligent Plumbing. Vitaliy was willing to come out to our place on a weekend, within just a few days and give a free estimate. When he arrived he was super nice and friendly. Gave us an estimate very quickly AND explained what was going on/what needed to happen in terms easy for us to understand. He had his nephew with him, who was the sweetest young guy and helped along in the process. He even caught something that wasn't up to code in our house and explained to us why we needed to fix it. Super impressive!

We asked Vitaliy numerous questions and he answered all of them very detailed. We ended up scheduling the work very quickly after that. On the day of the work, he was again, quick, informative and super friendly. The work was done quicker than expected which was a nice surprise. The bill was reasonable and it's been months since the work was done with 0 issues. Very happy customer! I recommend him to everyone now.

I cannot speak more highly of Burfitt Plumbing! We have worked with Alan and William at two of our homes on various projects. They have quick response time and great communication. They are very knowledgeable and fairly priced, so we recommend them to all of our friends.

The two men who came and un-plugged my bathroom sink were very professional in their work and very polite to this ole senior person! It was a job well done in a timely manner and very much appreciated!!

Unprofessional to the extreme.

I had them come out to look at a shower valve at a rental property. The first attempt, they no-showed the appointment.

After rescheduling and getting a quote, I decided to move forward with the work. The day before that appointment they called to confirm details, but had no idea what I wanted done. They thought they were replacing my external shower unit with a standard valve, which is not what I had asked them to quote for.

We agreed they would keep the next day appointment and give me a new quote for replacing with a new external shower mount.

Upon arriving for the next appointment, the tenants politely asked them to wear masks as they have young children at home. The plumbers said they would go to their van to get some... and then just never returned.

I called to sort this out and was told Our company is done with wearing masks. I won't wear one. At this point it would be better if you found someone else.
