Evan Crook and Tyler are AMAZING! I thought I had a stopped up tub drain. They easily diagnosed the problem; Evan just flipped up the manual tub lever and the water went straight down the drain. The water pressure in bathroom was coming out slow. Tyler unscrewed the mouth of the faucet, took out the screen, rinsed it out, put it back in and the water pressure was restored. They saved me a lot of money but gave me some valuable advice and the time they spent was priceless. Two very outstanding young men. Thanks 3 Mountains Plumbing. If I need you again, I will call you. Mario and Smitty's Sewer Service were fantastic! Very responsive, exactly on time, with a can do attitude. We had a tricky problem with the outflow pipe of our septic that Mario came up with a good plan for, and clearly explained every step of the repair. The price was extremely reasonable, especially considering the high labor costs today. We Highly recommend Smitty's for any septic or sewer issues you need resolved. Would've given 6 stars!

I have used Mr Rooter as a sub-contractor for 10 years. This company is run very professionally. The team at Mr Rooter answers their phones 24/7 , and offers great customer service at a fair price. I will always rely on them for my customers plumbing needs.

My neighbors called this company but for some reason they're blocking my driveway and when I came out to ask the driver to move the car he told me he'd be leaving in a few minutes anyway and then just walked away and disappeared. I said I needed to be able to get out of my driveway soon and I am not convinced that that matters to anyone. Furthermore I don't even see the necessity for blocking my driveway.

Clark County Plumbing is excellent to work with! From the first call with their helpful office staff, I could tell CCP wasn't like the other plumbers I'd been working with. Patrick was able to diagnose the problem with my hot water heater immediately and was courteous and professional through out the repair process. I highly recommend!

This company is the only company that returned my phone call and had a reasonable turn time for getting out a technician during this heat wave in Oregon. My technician that came out was named Justin and he was hands-down the most professional, hard worker, kind, and thorough person I’ve ever worked with as a contractor. I will use this company forever please do so yourselves!*** UPDATE ***They have already come to install a brand new furnace, air conditioner, and hot water heater. That’s a shorter wait time then calling other businesses and waiting for them to just come out to repair. Sean, is wonderful to work with and all of the installers today have been wonderful!

I called Power Plumbing with a pipe burst and flowing water under our house from the cold weather. Unfortunately, every other plumber was dealing with the same issue all around Portland due to below freezing temps. I was on the wait list with 10 plumbers till calling Power Plumbing. They were so helpful and showed compassion upon hearing my situation. Christine said they were also booked up till the next day but she would try one more option to see if she could help. Little did I know she had called the owner, and within minutes, his truck was pulling up to my house! He quickly discovered the problem and solved the problem within minutes. I will call Power Plumbing for all my future plumbing issues. They provided exceptional customer service and did it with urgency and a smile! Thank you Power Plumbing!

We had Apollo out to do a difficult sewer repair job with CIPP. Carlos and his team were great. Even though the project hit a hiccup (part of the difficulty of the job, not their fault) and didn't go exactly to plan, they communicated early and clearly about the issues and worked hard to make sure they were addressed and resolved as soon as possible, with no extra charge to us. Everyone was professional, friendly, and courteous. I was also impressed at how careful they were in cleaning as the worked and after they were done.

Park Place Plumbing did an amazing job. They were professional, reasonable and honest. We had an emergency leak repair that involved four units. Mike was able to temporarily fix the problem until he could arrange for a permanent fix. I will definitely use Park Place again for any plumbing needs that may arise.

Paul sent Benjamin out to stop my kitchen sink faucet from leaking. He determined it needed to be rebuilt and it took about 2 hours of labor including him going to the store.

So, now instead of leaking, the handle pops off and a geyser of water shoots to my ceiling. Benjamin came out one more time and worked on it, and the same day it popped off again. Now he tells me we need to start from square one and install a whole new faucet. The thing I think is curious is that my faucet wasn't actually broken before, it was just leaking.

So, Paul's Plumbing broke my faucet and charged me about $200 for it. Great.

I had an appointment for 8:00am this morning. This is after I had called for a previous appointment and then received a phone call that someone showed up and no one was home. I did not even have a time scheduled with a service tech for a specific time! So this morning at 8:45, I called there service department and asked when the technician would be arriving. He said, Our guy is stuck in traffic and will be there as soon as he can. I wait until 9:45 and call them back and said, I had an appointment today for 8:00 and it is now 9:45, can you tell me where he is at? He says, Stuck in traffic... Really? So I said, Still stuck in traffic? He says, Hey, I'm just the messenger. Oh you guys are the worst company for customer service I have ever dealt with. I will be making sure to tell people that are looking for plumbing or HVAC that you guys are prone to being stuck in traffic.... If I could give you a zero rating I would!
