Always fast, courteous service!

I had my water heater flushed and checked and Colemann did a GREAT job - He is a natural educator and helped me understand why this service is so important. It was great to learn that my water heater, which is in about the middle of its life is in GREAT Shape!!!

Jose, Taylor & William did a
wonderful job. Kept me posted on progress & were very pleasant. This gives me peace of mind & having the guarantee is a nice bonus.

Fat and efficient.

We have used Sutherland Plumbing LLC for several projects which include a new hot water heater, an access panel with new fixtures for a whirlpool tub, and installation of a new toilet. Most recently, we received a service call November 14, 2019. We would not call anyone else.
They are professional, courteous, punctual, and offer thorough explanations of options and recommendations. We have always been treated as a valued client whenever we have contacted them for service. Highly recommend.

The person who answers your call is friendly too.
But fees are too high in my opinion. And they charge just to come check something out. Even if they were the ones who did the service a couple weeks before. You get a year workmanship warranty from them. But if you have any questions or concerns. They'll charge you to come take a look. And you will only not be charged IF they found a problem that they can't say isn't from them.
I don't agree with how they deal with their business. Of course it's nice for them as a company but you feel cheated out of your money as a customer.
Also unfortunately you have to be available in a 4 hour window. You can't schedule a time any closer, but you can call like an hour before your scheduled 4 hour window and see when they will arrive approximately.

Id only recommend them if you have an emergency and there isn't any other services available. I believe they are available 24 hrs a day for emergencies. Their prices are only worth it if it is an emergency imo.

Ricky and jack were out to repair a mainline break. The boys did a fabulous job in Repair repairs done quickly efficiently all garbage is picked up and they left the entire work area neat and clean. You can’t even tell they were there and I have a brand new valve box awesomeness.

Great service from start to finish. Scheduler was pleasant and got right back to me. Terry arrived on time. Explaining everything to me and also showed me how to turn water off at street if we ever needed to do this. While he was on site he asked if I needed anything else done. I now know who to call for expert professional plumbing services.

Jason B. and Jim were really excellent! Great communication from the company before they arrived. When they got here they were both friendly and open about the issue and likely resolution. They both used shoe coverings to keep the floor clean which I appreciate a lot. The whole procedure was done in a really reasonable time and they fully explained what the problem was and how they reached the quoted amount of the work. They presented the quote before starting the work and the inspection did not cost anything. The final price was exactly what was quoted. When the work began they were efficient and got it done fast. It looked like they made extra effort to ensure the problem was fully fixed and gave me a full explanation of how the work went, the results, and they even identified some issues that I need to address with the pipes. Overall this was a really great experience given the situation I was in and I would certainly recommend these guys as excellent representatives of what you can expect from calling Mr. Rooter. Great service great prices and great Construction Services

Called and discussed my water line between curb and house was leaking. Prices were about half of other plumbers for boring a new line and/or labor. Talked with Rich and scheduled repair for the following week. Even though my friend and I repaired the leak ourselves over the weekend, I would have chosen Western Plumbing for my repair based on the honesty and confidence I felt after talking to Rich.

I see that this company has had some less than positive reviews, so I wanted to be sure to tell about my experience with them. They came out as a result of a service call I placed through my home warranty company. I will admit that when I saw the reviews online I was skeptical. However, I am happy to say that my experience was nothing like others have posted. The plumber arrived on time and was very courteous. At first he thought he'd have to complete my job at a later time due to needing to order some parts. But he called about an hour later, saying he found what he needed, and could come back the same day and fix the problem. He came back as stated and did the repair quickly. Both times he came to my home he wore a mask, was very nice, and listened politely to all my concerns. I have no complaints about the company at all.
