Reception and scheduling dispatch were friendly, clear and prompt.Logan from came out and was courteous, clean, friendly and professional. He was tidy and respectful in my home and even went above and beyond - leaving one room in the house cleaner and tidier than when he found it! It totally surprised me (delightfully so). He also took the time to not just fix my drain clog but to do a full inspection of my home's plumbing and set up an inspection for my sewer line. Even when he presented add-on service and product offerings I did not feel pressured into buying anything. In all I would heartily recommend this company. Great service from start to finish.

Every point of contact with Sewer Renewal Specialists was professional and pleasant. The work process was explained to us and scheduled in a timely fashion. Taylor and Jose arrived on time and worked above and beyond our expectations. They found our drain pipe had eroded so badly in one section that they went to the extra trouble of removing some of the concrete floor to replace it. They coated the remainder of our drain pipe out to the main connection of the sewer pipe just outside of the house. I would hire them again.

Installed new main water line from the street, water heater, water pressure regulator, and brought electrical grounding up to code.
$1485 for water heater;$6,115.50 for the rest. Total $7,960.50.

They did high-quality work, brought everything up to code and went the extra mile. The contract was clear and detailed. Clean up was thorough.

Sutherland has special equipment that allows for greater efficiency and less impact to my property. He minimized the size of the holes in the concrete by using a machine that injects water and sucks out gravel and soil.

At no extra charge, they replaced an outside faucet, emptied out my sink trap, replaced faulty faucets aerators, repaired concrete in driveway, repaired a damaged waterline in the house, and installed extra shut off valves.

Chris did a wonderful job solving a problem in an efficient way for us. Was very pleasant to work with and professional. Will call them again in the future.

Vitality followed up with us later the same day to ensure all was well. He provided maintenance recommendations which we later hired him to implement. Horrendous company to work with. They keep getting assigned to me through Fidelity Home Warranty, yet they continue to come out again and again without fixing the problem. They can't keep track of their paperwork, don't show records of visits, and want to argue with you about what fees you paid Fidelity and the hair length and identity of who came to service your home instead of providing an answer and actual plan to get the problem fixed. For a business that has to work with warranty companies to even get customers since their work is so terrible, they certainly don't value the customers that are referred to them. Want to get an answer of when they might have the next appointment available? Good luck. Getting a straight answer from them on anything is impossible. Highly recommend booking with another plumbing company if you aren't tied to them through the home warranty. On top of all of that the last guy that was here set his greasy tool bag on top of my toilet seat leaving permanent scuff marks with the feet on the bag and loosening the toilet seat bolts. On to find another company to come out for visit number 4 since they have never been able to correctly diagnose and fix the problem and my tub tap has been constantly streaming for weeks...
