This is the absolute worst company ever!! It is ran by a bunch of incompetent morons who don't know how to call people in advance to let them know when they will be to your property; so that you can adjust your work schedule. I was asked what time would I like them to be at my property, so I told them. They stood me up and never showed!!

I ALMOST GOT BURNED! The only good thing about Pipeline Plumbing (Lake Oswego) is that Darla (office assistant) was helpful in responding. She promptly dispatched an apprentice plumber (Grant) to fix our toilet, but his visit ($125 assessment fee) was truly a waste of money – talk about flushing money down the drain! He quoted $570 to fix the toilet’s shutoff valve and fill valve and said that nothing is wrong with the flush handle (it was obviously loose). My wife quickly called George Morlan Pumbling Supply in Tigard to get an unbiased third party opinion about pricing. GMPS assured her that with such amount we could have paid for labor to install an entirely new toilet, and the material costs only about $25. Not wanting to lose my $125, I tried to negotiate the price, but was flatly refused. Thus I paid the $125 fee, cause I don’t like to be blackmailed, by anyone, let alone a plumber.
Then I called another plumber (Greg from Premier Plumbing). Without much drama, he arrived within an hour, replaced the fill valve, fixed the flush handle, and inspected the shutoff valve (which worked just fine) for a much more reasonable price of $200. Judge for yourself.

Horrible, over-priced, extremely rude customer service!
I hired a plumber to re-connect all our under sink pipes, after we removed the sink to re-do our counters. The technician (William) was extremely rude the entire time he was in my home. When I noticed the water to the dishwasher and the water filter wasn't working, he told me he had connected the pipes he was supposed to and that turning on the water wasn't part of his job. After he connected everything, one of the pipes was leaking (which I don't believe it was previously) instead of admitting error in the reconnection process, he decided I needed a new pipe, which he promptly charged me an additional $99 for (it took him 5 minutes max to install) The price turned out to be by the job, rather than the hour (like all the other plumbers I called) Where most plumbers were $85/hr and the job took 1.5hrs, I paid $337 total (the equivalent of nearly 4 hours! It would have been one thing to be overcharged, but to be treated so rudely in my own home was totally unprofessional and unnecessary!

We have used Mr. Rooter on many occasions,In Portland and in Bend. The reason we are committed to using Mr. Rooter is they never disappoint. From scheduling to the plumbers they make sure you are well taken care of and very accommodating for YOUR schedule. The other evening a plumber was scheduled late in the afternoon to accommodate our tile setters timeline, the installation of the shower valve was tricky...he stayed until Midnight to get the project done!!!You could not ask for better service!

I've been using Pro Plumb for about 8 years at this point at two different jobs and have always had a great experience. Fantastic employees, awesome service and fair pricing. Will continue to call them first for any plumbing jobs I have.

Outstanding service, work and price!

When the hot water line behind our sink burst, after hours, Clark County Plumbing and Drain came out within the hour. I’d think that any after-hours plumber would be in a bad mood and do the minimal amount of work, but instead they sent one of their best. He knew exactly why it burst (manufactured defect) and that there had been a recall for it, too. Incredibly kind and knowledgeable, he didn’t stop at the easy fix. He searched around after capping the line and found that our exterior sink bib, which hadn’t shown any visible leaks to us yet, was also starting to leak. His thoroughness (after hours!) saved us from even more extensive repairs. I can’t recommend this company enough. Oh, and with all that, the price was incredibly fair. CCP&D is a win-win choice.

Craig Anderson plumber Rick came out to help on short notice. I had broken one of the bolts on our ancient toilet flange and I thought the flange would need to be replaced (only toilet in the house). Rick came out and dug out the rest of the old bolt and installed new t-bolts. The flange was good to go and now completely functional. Saved us so much time and money. He also placed my new toilet expertly and leveled it perfectly using shims. Very professional troubleshooting and installation.

Bobs work as always is A-1. I would trust Bob with all and any of my plumbing needs. Besides being an incredible plumber he is also the nicest guy ever!!!

We had 2 bathroom sinks that were draining slowly, so it was by no means an emergency. We had a service guy out within about an hour. Scotty was polite, friendly and efficient. He quickly solved the problem and even asked if we wanted him to look at anything else while he was there. Very satisfied and would highly recommend.

Green Box Mechanical recently installed an EV charger for me. They were very responsive, scheduling the bid a few days out and then scheduling the job the following week. Bid was competitive, and Jeremy the electrician was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Office was very responsive as well for scheduling, etc. Great experience all around.
