Joe was fantastic. He quickly give me a quote with plenty of detail via text and arrived with my chosen heater within a few hours of our first communication. He was also hundreds of dollars less than the competition. He was a pleasure to talk to while he was working and I’ll be recommending him to anyone who asks!

Oddly poor customer service.I am an electrician and while out at someone’s house working, I noticed something about their water heater that didn’t seem right. I saw a big 3 mountains plumbing sticker with a phone number on it, so I thought I’d call them first before I worried our mutual customer unnecessarily.Tried asking for a plumber or manager who was a plumber to ask a quick question. Was told that someone would call me back. Shortly after, a manager who was NOT a plumber calls me back. I explained the whole scenario again. I was told that she couldn’t answer my plumbing question but she could answer any questions about their process. Oooookay.Apparently they won’t connect you with a plumber or a manager who is a plumber on the phone (maybe that place isn’t run by plumbers?). I was trying to save our customer and them an unnecessary trip for something that may very well have been perfectly fine, but all they can do is have the customer call and schedule an appointment. What happened to old fashioned customer service? As a residential service electrician, I always answer questions over the phone if that can save wasting someone’s time, including my own.Strangely, my coworker had a horrible experience trying to get one of their plumbers out to their house within a day of my experience. Without making this overly long, apparently they don’t figure out what they are going to do each day until the day of, even if you made an appointment weeks in advance. I’ve noticed some other reviews about bad experiences scheduling so it seems they have adopted a very poor process.

So professional and helpful! I can’t believe how much free advice David gave while scoping our line. On time, knowledgeable, experienced. Couldn’t recommend higher. Wish we could use him for other work!

The person who answers your call is friendly too.
But fees are too high in my opinion. And they charge just to come check something out. Even if they were the ones who did the service a couple weeks before. You get a year workmanship warranty from them. But if you have any questions or concerns. They'll charge you to come take a look. And you will only not be charged IF they found a problem that they can't say isn't from them.
I don't agree with how they deal with their business. Of course it's nice for them as a company but you feel cheated out of your money as a customer.
Also unfortunately you have to be available in a 4 hour window. You can't schedule a time any closer, but you can call like an hour before your scheduled 4 hour window and see when they will arrive approximately.

Id only recommend them if you have an emergency and there isn't any other services available. I believe they are available 24 hrs a day for emergencies. Their prices are only worth it if it is an emergency imo.

I think River City saved my house. They responded so fast to the yuck in my yard and that’s how I discovered we weren’t on the sewer system, but a septic tank. They took such good care of us that I couldn’t be more satisfied by how well they handled everything.

Rob was sooo helpful getting a pipe repaired on our property. He was so quick and we got it resolved right away! RotoRooter had quoted me like $10K to do the job and Rob did it much faster and at a fraction of the price. Good, honest, family ran, local business that I will definitely go straight to next time!

Beyond outstanding service. We spotted a leak in our ceiling on a Thursday evening. GLS got us onto their schedule the next day. The crew worked quickly and thoroughly to identify the source of the leak and get it fixed for us. They were thoroughly communicative throughout the process, letting us know our options and what they were doing. They were clean and respectful of our house. Plus, they were affordable. I will be keeping their card for my next plumbing situation.

Our water heater went out and started leaking in attic. We contacted our Us warranty company. The plumber was able to work with us on his schedule the same day. He explained the problems. He informed the options that might be good. Great 👍👍

Our plumber Kate Burlison was great, very clear on problems and solutions and even answered questions about an unrelated job.

Great Drain Cleaning service. Very quick response time if needed. Would recommend this company and I use them for my rental homes.

We reached out to CCP&D for a second opinion after a different plumber came to the house to check our leaky faucet and recommended replacing it with something fancy, which would have cost $1100! Mike and his colleague from CCP&D recommended replacing part of the faucet, ran to their warehouse for the part and fixed the issue, all of which was done in less than an hour and for less than $250! Talk about no BS and reasonable all around!! We’ll gladly be calling CCP&D back for any plumbing needs. Thank you!

He was very good will use him again

We used Central Air to replace our Heating and Cooling System. They were prompt, fair and did great work. We did have another bid from a large local company that was much much higher. I like this company because they seem honest and responsive to our needs.

Duane came out on a Sunday to help me with a bathroom remodel. Did a great job and was very knowledgeable.

I have never experienced such a horrible person when contacting this company. He was rude and condescending and literally told me how dare I reach out to him on a holiday weekend. If you cannot deal with customers, regardless of the date, find a receptionist who knows how to speak to people with respect and dignity or maybe wait till your precious holiday weekend is over to return a phone call. I will not use this company again strictly based on how I was spoken to. I don't know who you are to the company but you should learn to speak to people like an adult.
