I'll start with the fact that he owns his own business and he takes great pride in his work. He responded to our message about our leaking water heater within a couple hours! Joe shared with us all the information we needed to make a decision (no pressure or sly sales tricks) and he came out the following morning! He's honest, knowledgeable, fast, and pays attention to detail. Our house was back in working order in no time. He offered affordable prices and was pleasant to work with. He will be our go-to guy for anything water heater related and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Toilet clogged and not flushing properly … Still clogged but Brooks and Jeff found where the clog starts . The were unable to clear it out completely. More work due tomorrow

Oh man! This guy was a life saver! The price was ALOT better then the multiple other places I called! He was super friendly and professional. He explained everything that was going on, very easy to talk too. He had what I thought was a crisis completed within 30 minutes! I literally could not have asked for a better plumber he was friendly professional and not annoyed by my nosey dog. Honestly I am a female in her twenties and to find someone to work on my house that is professional and explain things to me while not making me feel like I'm getting taken advantage of is a big plus to me and he really just was great about explaining everything and also the price was amazing because every other place I called was trying to tack on all of this unnecessary things and he was honest and just appreciated how nice he was.

Scheduled appointment first thing in morning more than a week in advance, and took a day off from my work to be present. Was assured by scheduler and dispatch that this was a done deal. No workers arrived and was given no explanation or apology.

These men are absolute ANGELS!!! We had a plumbing disaster. Main sewer line was broke and it was just a mess!!! Rob, Tai, and Robbie came to the rescue. They were beyond amazing. It at one point seemed to be unrepairable but Rob is clearly more than a master at his craft. I’m still in Awe at the work that was done. But what I’m most thankful for and astonished by is the true honesty this company withholds. When you have a MASIVE problem with plumbing you’ll do just about anything to get it fixed. Rob is a stand up guy. Honest, real and genuinely wanted to fix the problem. And HE did! He did it quick, clean and to perfection. And he was HONEST!! I can’t thank you men enough for what you did for my family. Honestly from the bottom of this momma’s heart THANK YOU!!! I’d give you 100 stars if I could.

Mario was wonderful! He was able to help fix a leaking pipe a few days before Christmas and the water was coming into my basement. I was so grateful for his professionalism and his scheduling. Beyond outstanding service. We spotted a leak in our ceiling on a Thursday evening. GLS got us onto their schedule the next day. The crew worked quickly and thoroughly to identify the source of the leak and get it fixed for us. They were thoroughly communicative throughout the process, letting us know our options and what they were doing. They were clean and respectful of our house. Plus, they were affordable. I will be keeping their card for my next plumbing situation.

Very efficient in removing our old water heater and installing a new 50 gallon tank. Gary was very easy to work with and he did a great job! Would recommend his services to any family or friends.

Abe was great! He explained everything to me that he was doing. I tried for hours to get it unclogged and even got on the roof to go through a vent, but nothing worked. Abe came in and got it working in an hour. We are very grateful for his expertise! Would definitely use this company again!

Found lead near hot water heater & furnace and called All Pro. Plumber Johnny showed ups and correctly diagnosed problem as a leaking air conditioner condensate line, not a water supply leak. Since he was able to do this without any tools from his truck, he didn't charge me anything. Way to go All Pro!!! Will be calling you guys again if we have any real plumbing issues! Thank you!
