Brooks has been to our house twice to clear our sewer drain. He is always on time. Inspects what the problem is. Gives us a quote and tells us in detail what he will be doing. After he cleared the drain he had a co worker Jae come out and put a camera down the line so we could see that it was completely cleared. Jae was also very professional and gave us guitars on a new sewer line. The second time Brooks came out he found that the sewer was actually overfilled in the street and we had to call the city to have them come and clear it out. We love 3 Mountains. We will always use them for our plumbing needs. Thank you Brooks and Jae : )

We are expanding into our basement and decided to scope our sewer line to be sure it was still in good condition as to avoid needing to rip out sewer lines in a finished basement later on. However the problem was in our front yard where we had a product that was quickly found to be an inferior product (orangeburg) years ago. It needed to be replaced ASAP.

Learning more about our options, David and his crew came highly recommended as an option. Instead of needing to rip up our front yard David was able to line our existing sewer line from the street to just inside our foundation after cleaning and de-scaling our entire underground sewer line. The cost was more affordable and far less intrusive than trenching a new line in. They could have come while we were gone for the day and would never have known the work had been done! All the members of his crew, David included, were friendly, happy to answer questions, and worked quickly and methodically. They cleaned up when they were done to the point I wouldn’t have known they were there. Our yard looks no different t as there is no trench. They are a well oiled machine.

We are happy to have avoided any plumbing issues and also happy with the end result as we are confident this job was done at a top notch professional level as by the looks of the product and its install requirements demand.

Down the road, if the rest of the sewer line under our house needs replacement, lining it is still our go to option and would certainly call Dave back.

Portland Star Plumbing was easy to work with, prompt, and very professional. They fixed a long-standing problem (incorrectly plumbed utility sink). Both service technicians observed COVID guidelines and cleaned up after themselves. We we’re very pleased, and will be hiring them to do a big job—all the plumbing for a new, above-garage apartment—this spring!

Proline is great! Tyrone was exceptional—super awesome human. He was super experienced and skillful and I totally trusted him. Was able to fix my toilet and put in a new faucet in under 90 minutes! Will request Tyrone going forward.

They came the same day. We had an issue that needed immediate attention. Could not get anybody to come. The serviceman was very nice and knowledgeable about pumping out the system. Also the drain was plugged up. He also got it unplugged for me. Did a great job.

I'm recommending them to everyone. Rob came out before he started work for the day to look at a leak in my water main, despite being absolutely slammed. Since I was still getting quotes, he gave me his card and told me to call, but while he was here, he found the exact placement of the leak--making those quotes WAY more effective. When I called him to get the work done, he and his son fit me into the schedule and did beyond what was necessary to make sure my house was taken care of, my new pipe was safe from the same problem happening again AND that I knew who to contact about adjusting my bill now that things were fixed. Terry Massey Plumbing was the first company I called. He came out the next day to give me an estimate on replumbing my house. While he was here he listened to my frustrations and fixed my kitchen faucet, bathroom sinks and showers. I HAVE WATER PRESSURE NOW! He was very kind and professional. Called and discussed my water line between curb and house was leaking. Prices were about half of other plumbers for boring a new line and/or labor. Talked with Rich and scheduled repair for the following week. Even though my friend and I repaired the leak ourselves over the weekend, I would have chosen Western Plumbing for my repair based on the honesty and confidence I felt after talking to Rich.
