I texted him some pictures and info and he replied right back with water heater options and total prices for the tank and the installation work. Jon is great, very responsive and professional. Proline plumbing has been a great company to work with. I had an emergency water loss and they got Jon out right away. I called proline again and Jon installed my kitchen sink and garbage disposal. Very happy with their service.

Terry's work is absolutely top notch. I had a leaking pipe, and not only did he fix the issue, he determined that the pipe itself was unnecessarily long (since the house was old and plumbing work had been done and re-done in different ways over the years) and rerouted the water via a shorter path. Now my downstairs shower has far more water pressure than it has in the nearly 15 years I've lived in my house (it's almost scary how much pressure there is now). The next time I have a plumbing issue, Terry will be the first person I call.

Beyond outstanding service. We spotted a leak in our ceiling on a Thursday evening. GLS got us onto their schedule the next day. The crew worked quickly and thoroughly to identify the source of the leak and get it fixed for us. They were thoroughly communicative throughout the process, letting us know our options and what they were doing. They were clean and respectful of our house. Plus, they were affordable. I will be keeping their card for my next plumbing situation.
