Portland Star Plumbing was easy to work with, prompt, and very professional. They fixed a long-standing problem (incorrectly plumbed utility sink). Both service technicians observed COVID guidelines and cleaned up after themselves. We we’re very pleased, and will be hiring them to do a big job—all the plumbing for a new, above-garage apartment—this spring!

I've hired these guys twice now, and they're just great. Not only are they professional and fix the problem, but from the first call in to the office, to job done, they've acted like I was the most important job they had going. They're good, they're very pleasant, they clean up after themselves really well and even have company booties they wear in your house, and they'll fix quick, miscellaneous, plumbing issues elsewhere, leaving your home in perfect plumbing order. Hire them.

Grew up wrestling Terry Massey’s Son at the age of 10 and ended up becoming brothers along the way, Not only is Terry Massey one of the most hard working dedicated fathers but he is an amazing teacher. He took me under his wing and had me working under crawl spaces doing repipe work for a short time, Taught me a lot of things I still use to this day. Terry Massey holds true to his values and has only earned a honest dollar his entire life. I’ve never heard profanity out of his mouth nor words of discouragement. Mr. Rooter has been very reliable. I've had several different plumbers over the years and they all have been great. Very professional and kind. They take the extra time to talk me through what they are doing and the reasons different parts are needed. It sucks when something breaks, but at least I trust they will do a good job and get things back to working asap.

Great service great prices and great Construction Services

Left a voicemail minutes before their closing hours and Steve texted me back within 10 minutes about our clogged kitchen sink. Was able to get on the schedule for 9AM the next morning. Steve was very professional and was able to get our sink draining and able to be used quickly. He also offered tips on how to make sure we wouldn't have another clog in the future. Price was very reasonable and we were happy we went with a local company. Would definitely recommend to someone else. You won't go wrong calling AAA Drain Cleaning.

Hands down, the best service I have come across in a long time. That seems hard to come by these days... I've worked with contractors before and this was a completely different experience. Honestly, I was waiting to get hit with a huge quote but it was actually really reasonable and there were even a few different options they had for me to chose from. They took care of the job right away and were very professional. Good guys and I would highly recommend them.

Our plumber arrived earlier than anticipated, did an excellent job, and charged a very reasonable fee for the difficult task he had to do. Came the same day I called and had the job done in less than an hour.
