Joe is fantastic.

I'll start with the fact that he owns his own business and he takes great pride in his work. He responded to our message about our leaking water heater within a couple hours! Joe shared with us all the information we needed to make a decision (no pressure or sly sales tricks) and he came out the following morning! He's honest, knowledgeable, fast, and pays attention to detail. Our house was back in working order in no time. He offered affordable prices and was pleasant to work with. He will be our go-to guy for anything water heater related and I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I used 3 mountain plumbing for repiping my house and replacing the water heater during the repiping. Michael, Zach and David were here for 4 days doing that. They were always punctual, took time to explain everything they were doing, answered all my questions and would ask how I wanted things to look like and operate. They were very professional and customer service oriented. When all the repiping was done, there were still a couple of issues with showers & faucets that were the result of the old galvanized pipe. They went over and above to work on those fixtures to solve the problems and make them work at 100%. When I was originally getting bids, Chris was the only person who did a thorough inspection of the house and plumbing , verifying access to all areas that needed to be repiped. I honestly can't find any fault with their performance, they were a pleasure to work with.

Kamryn with Sewer Renewal Specialists was extremely responsive, knowledgeable and helpful. We were trying to move quickly on understanding a septic-to-sewer connection and he made sure to get us the help we needed and keep us on our timeline. I will definitely be calling them again!

Late Saturday evening I was alerted by my neighbor that my front yard was leaking. After calling several different plumbers, Home Advisor got me in touch with Rob from PDX Sewer Solutions.

Rob was able to help calm me down, use his experience to walk me through my next steps, and showed up at my house within the hour even though he was coming from a couple towns away. Rob and Ty were quickly able to turn off my water line to prevent further damage to my property and were back first thing Sunday morning to find the root cause.

The crew was prompt, professional, and extremely quick with their repairs. Even though they dug a hole almost 5 feet deep, you would never be able to tell with how clean and neat everything was put back together. These guys saved my day and my home; I cannot recommend them enough!

Beyond outstanding service. We spotted a leak in our ceiling on a Thursday evening. GLS got us onto their schedule the next day. The crew worked quickly and thoroughly to identify the source of the leak and get it fixed for us. They were thoroughly communicative throughout the process, letting us know our options and what they were doing. They were clean and respectful of our house. Plus, they were affordable. I will be keeping their card for my next plumbing situation.

An old plastic shut-off valve got stuck halfway through, its handle cracked. No way to open, no turning. Not repairable, just cut out and replace, but because it was sitting right next to the wall, one has to go to the crawlspace and put a longer chunk of pipe too. Not a problem for Gary with Precision. Now I can enjoy the shower and not wait for the washing machine nor toilet to stop refilling. Probably more important: with the new brass valve I can reliably shut off the water any time. Clark County Plumbing is excellent to work with! From the first call with their helpful office staff, I could tell CCP wasn't like the other plumbers I'd been working with. Patrick was able to diagnose the problem with my hot water heater immediately and was courteous and professional through out the repair process. I highly recommend!

This is the 3rd time I've used All Pro and they are consistently honest, professional and reasonably priced. Got a quote from another company with a cheap response charge (3 Mountains) and their tech was unsure about her ability to repair (pushing replacement) for a leaking faucet and at a price that started at double the All Pro total repair price. I'm done wasting my time with anybody but All Pro Plumbing.

I have never experienced such a horrible person when contacting this company. He was rude and condescending and literally told me how dare I reach out to him on a holiday weekend. If you cannot deal with customers, regardless of the date, find a receptionist who knows how to speak to people with respect and dignity or maybe wait till your precious holiday weekend is over to return a phone call. I will not use this company again strictly based on how I was spoken to. I don't know who you are to the company but you should learn to speak to people like an adult.
