Had a slow leak detected between shutoff valve and the meter. Not an emergency. Leaking PVC pipe was about 18 underground. Terry showed up on time, outlined the likely process. He and David took care of the problem in a few hours. Met / exceeded all hopes and expectations. On time, honest, good communicators. Highly recommended. Will be our first option for future plumbing needs.

Bruner did an excellent job for us, running plumbing and installing fixtures for a full ADU remodel project we did. Everything was installed precisely and professionally. I can't say enough great things about Burfitt Plumbing! I had multiple plumbing issues that I had been putting off - nervous about what the cost would be. One of the issues was my water heater, not generating enough hot water anymore. My neighbor had the same issue around the same time, and his plumber replaced the whole water heater. Burfitt was able to just replace the bottom heating unit - saving me hundreds of dollars. The technician also took care of a leaky pipe that was attached to the garbage disposal and my broken bathroom drain plug. All this taken care of quickly, professionally and inexpensively and on a Saturday to boot! I wish I would have called sooner!

I have an old house with not so wonderful pipes. Today I called Mr. Rooter for the 2nd time in 8 months to help with main line issues. Last night Jason came out for several hours and left about midnight so he could return today. However, Chris and Denis came instead today and were just as professional and friendly, and they worked hard to help me. They will also be back in a week to help me install a line for outside our home to get better access. I've had nothing but professionalism and kindness from any of the four Mr. Rooter plumbers that have helped me in the last 8 months. Would recommend!

Great service great prices and great Construction Services

Steve went above and beyond any plumbing, or pipe clearing service I have ever used before. He answered his phone promptly, gave me a very fair price, showed up on time and diagnosed a very difficult problem. He stayed late to make sure the problem was fixed and even used his own genius to remove a blockage most plumbers would have never seen or considered. I can not recommend Steve and AAA Drain Cleaning highly enough and it is safe to say that from here on they will be the only service of this kind for me, my friends and my family. Thank you Steve!

I had a very unpleasant experience with the plumber who came out. This company was chosen by my home warranty policy, I would have never chosen them. Mike practically barged in my home (not using appropriate personal space), didn't listen to my experience with my appliance problem, and failed to remove his gloves after touching dirty surfaces before opening doors. He stayed all of 3 minutes and then walked out the door as I was asking a question.
