Had a clogged kitchen drain. The plumber was great. He explained all the options, and got it running.

Wow! What an amazing team they have! Everyone I interacted with via email, text, or phone was professional, courteous, and concise.

In particular, Kamryn was outstanding! He oversaw the entire process of helping us solve a complicated repair of a party sewer line (shared with neighbor) that ran about 100' out to the public sewer main below our home on vacant land owned by the city.

Kamryn did a great job of explaining our options and being the go between with our neighbor's since we live in another state. He went above and beyond to explain all of the price breakdown and the process.

We opted to go with their recommended CIPP process which allows them to repair the existing pipes by inserting a liner/sleeve into the pipes to seal any joint separations or cracks in the pipes and making them better than new!

I can't recommend them highly enough for any sewer work you need done!

I cannot speak highly enough about Ti and Cameron. I had a main water line and water heater that needed replacing and they came out the same day I called the office to diagnose my problem at no cost for the estimate. After explaining all the fundamentals of what needed to be done, they were back within two days and got the job done. They went above and beyond to clean up the landscaping near the job site as well. I got a great vibe from both of them and would happily refer Sutherland Plumbing to anyone looking for an honest, reliable plumber. Great job guys and thanks again.

I have used Bruner both for my home and for our HOA private street. We have experienced great service, fast, and economical compared to other bids. Both times they have been to the house they have been there quickly. Their work has been admirable. Their prices have always been very fair. Alan is awesome.

I was unfortunately rather disappointed in their service. I called around 11 for a flood from a blocked pipe in our basement. They called me back twice saying it would be a few more hours and at around 6 I called them back and they said someone would be there soon. Someone got there at 8:30 and he had worked too long of a day (apparently had taken someone's shift that morning too). He quoted me $475 for a total of 1.75 hours of work. I was bummed because what was I to do?!? If I would've just been told at 11 that they wouldn't come until 8 that night I would've called around and not feel like I got totally ripped off. I know plumbing is expensive but $500 for less than two hours is absurd. I am giving it two stars because he did clear the block and plumbing is really hard work.

The office staff fit us into their schedule efficiently when an opening came up, communicated clearly, showed up on time, did the work on the spot for a fair price. It was a good experience all around.

I was referred to Steve by a very satisfied neighbor. She told me that he charged $125, which is what he charged me. Steve scheduled me within two days. In addition to the fast and efficient drain service, Steve also shared advice on installing a dishwasher AND he replaced a too-short pipe that went from my garbage disposal to the drain. The charge for the non-drain service - $10 in parts. I highly recommend AAA Drain Cleaning!
