Best Plumbing And Drain Cleaning in Portland OR

I originally called them for faucets and while waiting for them, our hot water heater went out. On a Friday afternoon they came out and made sure we had hot water for the weekend. And I can finally use my outdoor faucet without flooding the basement! Allison was amazing. We will be using them for our remodel.

We randomly had our sewer back up. We called out a competitor to clear the blockage (we wish we had known about sewer renewal specialists right off the bat). They told us we had a tree root grow through our sewer line. They quoted us an astronomical price to repair the line. We decided to get another quote and luckily our friends recommended sewer renewal specialists. They were excellent to deal with from first contact. Excellent and prompt communication. Gave us great advice and was able to repair our sewer line quickly. We cannot recommend sewer renewal specialist highly enough. Hopefully we don’t have another sewer line issue but if we do Sewer Renewal will be our first and final call.

Cameron & Jack installed 2 new toilets that we purchased from Sutherland for us and were very professional, clean, and efficient. We love our new toilets and would highly recommend Sutherland and will be using them for any other plumbing needs that arise!

Pro-Line did an excellent job. They had to work with my Home Warranty Company (which was more than challenging), but they never complained and took care of what I needed fixed. Definitely would recommend them.

I requested River City Environmental services, because I've had a clogged drain in one of my businesses. The specific service I requested was jetting the pipe lines and camera. When the guy from River City came, he assessed the job and suggested the snaking, instead of what I requested for in the beginning. I trusted him, as he was supposed to be the Professional . After about 7 days later, the drain was clogged again!
The fact of my business was closed for a few days for the Holidays. I paid for snaking and sewer cleaning $1,102 that time. I called to ask about the warranty for their services and they say they don't offer any warranty. I asked to talk to the manager whose name is Jared, and he listened to the recorded phone call when the lady said:  Yes and No offer warranty.
I got a money refund for Overcharges and not for the warranty.

I called River City to redo what it was not correctly done, and still, I was charged $491 on my card which was about $220 more than what the manager and I agreed for jetting and camera. I had to call again to ask to charge me for the right amount.

It was a hassle dealing with this company, I don't recommend them.

A few weeks ago I called Anytime Plumbing for the first time to repair a slow leaking pipe in the crawl that was coming from the kitchen sink. I called another company originally who came out and estimated thousands of dollars to fix it!! The whole experience did not feel right. A friend told me to call Anytime Plumbing. Ricardo ,AKA Ricky, came out, assessed the leak in no time and proceeded to do a fabulous job repairing it. He was very professional and definitely knew a lot about broken pipes. I asked a lot of questions and he knew all the answers. The best part is that it only cost several hundred dollars!
I will never use another plumbing company except Anytime. I am spreading the word about this particular business.as well. Everyone needs to know they are the BEST !

Had a slow leak detected between shutoff valve and the meter. Not an emergency. Leaking PVC pipe was about 18 underground. Terry showed up on time, outlined the likely process. He and David took care of the problem in a few hours. Met / exceeded all hopes and expectations. On time, honest, good communicators. Highly recommended. Will be our first option for future plumbing needs.

Mario @ Smittys Sewer Repair replaced part of my sewer line, and then ran CIPP through the rest of the sewer line. They made sure the tree roots were gone before they continued their work. The men on the crew were efficient, friendly and professional. They cleaned up as they did the work. They were usually early each morning. Plus they advised me at each step of the way what they were doing and when they would be doing the work. I would highly recommend them.

5 stars all the way for Standard Plumbing & Heating! I called them on Tuesday and Tim was here first thing Wednesday morning. He was professional, quick & just a nice guy. Fair price for a great job!

Replaced hot water heater faster than the big stores, and were so pleasant to work with. Now I have a plumber!

We have a 1926 inner NE Portland home that had a lot of sludge in the pipes. Great service because it was quick, a lil' loose with the technique and expertise. There was a period that they seem to be making no progress and seemed confused. It took about 3.5 hours and was a lot of noise and sewage smell. It felt like this was more straight forward than it took (we have great clean out access). It cost total $750 (07-2023). I don't know that I would go back. If something changes I will update this review.
