We had an upstairs shower leak down through our floor. Customer service/scheduler was friendly and prompt. John and Cameron came out a few days after my call and repaired the problem. They were courteous and did a great job offering details. John also offered a great referral to have our ceiling patched as well, so now everything is as good as new. Though home improvements are never fun, problem ended up being far less painful that I would have guessed.

I had a great experience working with River City Environmental and I would highly recommend them. The staff was very nice and professional. I had to hook up to the City Sewer and decommission my septic tank onsite. These guys did the whole job, including putting my fence back up!

Not happy that I had to pay to hook up to the sewer but at least these guys quoted me the cheapest amount around and stuck to the price when I received my final bill.

Zack @Anytime Plumbing was sent to our unit to fix a deep pipe clog, we were very impressed with his professionalism and timeliness. He fixed the issue fast, and very well! He took time to answer our questions, he cleaned up after the job very efficiently! He will be a great leader in the business. Person came to check a leak at my place, I could not reproduce the leak and he left after 10 mins, gave me some suggestion. He was very courteous and knowledgeable but did not give me much direction other than to let him know once I figured out why the leak is happening. Once I figured out I emailed the office and they told me that I will have to pay another $125 for him to visit again for the same thing that I already paid him last time. I just dont understand how you justify making money like that. But at the end it is all customers fault for not understanding the business model. I do thank them for coming to my place but will recommend folks to understand first why you need them before calling them, otherwise it will be a quick 10 mins trip and a 125 bucks out of your pocket for no work done.

If not for desperation of a holiday weekend, we would have never agreed to the outrageous prices to have our drain cleared out. They get an extra star for getting someone out when nobody else was available, but knowing what others charge for this service made this a very tough pill to swallow.Next time, we'll just wait the extra few days to have someone out who doesn't take advantage of people for outrageous prices. Yes, we paid it, which is on us... but had we not needed it done because of out of town visitors arriving that day, we would have very emphatically declined.
