Best Pipes Fix in Portland OR

We had 6 water supply lines replaced (just the connectors from the wall valve to the faucet). The first estimate was $717 ($747 with the estimation fee, see attached images). I thought the estimate seemed high at the time, and asked about it. The plumber realized he had accidentally charged us for one too many supply lines and decreased the estimate down to $634 ($664 with the estimation). That's what we paid, $664. I thought more about it afterwards and it still seemed high. We were charged $83 for each line, and the first was even more expensive. I looked them up online and Amazon has them for $5.38. The entire job took less than 1 hour. Absolutely absurd. I reached out for an explanation and was told someone would contact me within a week. I received no contact, so I asked again and was assured someone would contact me in the next business day. No response. At that point I gave up.

Portland Star Plumbing was easy to work with, prompt, and very professional. They fixed a long-standing problem (incorrectly plumbed utility sink). Both service technicians observed COVID guidelines and cleaned up after themselves. We we’re very pleased, and will be hiring them to do a big job—all the plumbing for a new, above-garage apartment—this spring!

Pex to the rescue! I'd been quoted a truly huge number by another local plumbing service and I was so worried about how I was going to pay for the repipe and my mortgage. Greg came over right away, he was even a little early. He was really thorough and my dogs both liked him.

He told me how the repipe would go, when his team would arrive, what I should keep an eye on and even which plants would probably die as a result of the new water system install (it's fine, I didn't like that one anyway). He showed me pictures of the new hardware they would install and talked me through everything that would happen after they were done from the inspection to the drywall fix, which was included in the price of the repipe (the other company I'd gotten a quote from did not include repipe or guarantee against any damage to the house).

I appreciated that he gave me a discount for paying with check, and that he didn't pressure me to make a choice right away. Even though my problem was slightly urgent, he trusted me to know when I was going to be making my housing decisions. Also, his price-point was almost too good to be true after what the other company quoted me. I looked up average prices for a repipe in Portland and it was the other company who was way off base price-wise. They most have thought I didn't have another option.

The day of, Enrique, Gaven and Jason arrived when we expected them to, they did what they said they would do and even wiped down and re-arranged the cleaning products under the sink when they were done. My kitchen sink has always been backwards but they fixed it while they were piping, they also did a new toilet install the same day because I'd mentioned that I always hated my toilet and it turns out it was really affordable to add it on.

While they were working they used drop cloths to protect our floors and other furniture and they left things clean and tidy. The repipe itself took one day and the only spots where you could even tell someone did major work is where the drywall had to be cut. Also, they were patient with our dogs who were barking a lot at all the noise.

I'm so relieved to have this done and taken care of, Deanne in the office was quick to respond to my questions and pleasant to talk to every time.

I've been using Pro Plumb for about 8 years at this point at two different jobs and have always had a great experience. Fantastic employees, awesome service and fair pricing. Will continue to call them first for any plumbing jobs I have.

I called for a sewer backup first thing in the morning. They arrived at my home, on the complete opposite side of the metro area in about an hour and had it fixed in less than another hour. Great, friendly service. Knowledgeable and very affordable. They saved me a painful weekend and potentially much larger bills. I definitely recommend.

We have used Crown Plumbing since at least 2014, maybe longer. This last time it was to repair our the sewage pump system that is in our basement apartment. That apartment depends on a pump up system to take ALL its waste water to the sewer line. (sinks, shower, toilets, dishwasher, and laundry)

Crown sent Keith to repair it in 2014 (4 years after it was installed by someone else) and it has worked perfectly for 7 years.

The thing I especially like about Crown Plumbing is their timely response. Although they don't provide emergency services (no plumbing company in Portland seems to regardless of their website claims), but Crown has always responded to our needs within 48 hours and often even sooner. They don't have extra fees, memberships, or charges to get this timely service, they just do it as a business practice.

Just recently moved to Portland from Seattle, and Best Portland Plumbers did all the plumbing work in the new home we built. They were very professional & finished everything according to schedule. I plan to call them should I need any emergency repairs in the new home!

We were going to replace a heavily blistered and ovalized sewer line and did not want to dig it out. Molecular Inc. was recommended by a vendor I had worked with in the past. I could not be happier with the work and efficiency of the crew as well great attitude. They got the job done in 2 days, and it looks fantastic. I recommend that you reach out to them before moving forward on any sewer line project. Amazing work!

I recieved a professional, curteous, timely and fairly priced service to remove a clog in the pipe leading from my gutters to the storm drain.

This place is Great! I Received a fast response and after a sending in photos of what I wanted repaired had a quote and a repair time right away. (As in Left a message Monday after hours got a qoute Tuesday Am at 7:30 and had the repairs done Friday afternoon AND under what I was Quoted!!! Victor who came to perform the repairs called and came 1/2 hr EARLY!! He was super nice and very professional.Work done was TOP SHELF!!
