David and his crew installed about 100ft of new sewer line for us using bursting technique to replace badly deteriorated orangeburg pipe.

We got a response to our bid request within a day. The bid was the lowest we received.

David consistently picked up by the third ring or answered my texts within a few minutes every time throughout the process. Everything was done on the promised dates or earlier. My personal online calendar was updated with start times and who on his crew would be responsible for the various aspects of the job. Really efficient.

He shifted his schedule to fit us in to meet our real estate closing date, even to the extent of showing up on Sunday afternoon to get a head start. In spite of a couple of challenges they were all done and cleaned up the next day. By end of day I had a confirmation sewer scope video, was billed and paid the balance of the bill online.

And he has a competent, friendly crew - just nice guys that got the job done. They tolerated my curiosity well.

A quick update: The city inspected the sewer this morning (day after work completion). I was watching the inspector walking away after the inspection when David's email with the inspection sign-off report landed in my inbox, An inspection report within 5 minutes of sign-off! This guy is organized!

I definitely recommend Sean and Sutherland Plumbing. Sean called and updated me on his timeline the day of the appointment, and then he did a great job repairing my two faucet issues. It's nice to work with a company that communicates well and does excellent work. Fair price too.

Bruner plumbing will definitely get my repeat business after they fit me in within 30 minutes(!) of first contacting them. Granted my problem was small but still needed attention. The technician, Robert, was very proficient in correcting my problem and the price was very fair, all things considered!

I’m not sure why my experience was so different than the other reviewers. It might be because this was part of a repiping project for an entire condo complex? I own one of the condos and on the first day, I came home to my place completely torn apart to the point where it was almost unlivable. Stuff was piled on my bed and things were spilled. I am very tidy and organized so this was difficult for me. During the process there were multiple leaks that I was told were fixed, but continued to come back. Then they closed the ceilings/wall and didn’t put anything back in place. I they tried to put some sliding pantry doors back, but did it wrong and I had to fix it. It took hours to get everything back. Then a month later, I had a leak in my ceiling. I can’t speak to the cost or communication as this was handled by my property manager/HOA. But it has been a difficult and frustrating process to say the least. I’m glad they have been better for others.

Another success story from Clark County Plumbing. We had a valve leaking that was a little challenging to replace due to the way the house was plumbed many years ago. I don't ususally write reviews at all, much less negative ones. But I am so appalled by my experience with this company... A technician came out to fix our garbage disposal. Looked down in to it for like 15 seconds, got on his ipad and said it would be over $500 to fix and that we should just replace it for over $1000. The disposal is just a year old! So I had someone else out, he got under the sink and fixed it five minutes. Didn't want to charge us at all. I called to inform the company and the person at the call center was extremely patronizing and just kept making excuses. Completely unacceptable. Beware of extreme upselling with this company!

On my way to work I watched a PMC company truck blow two red lights, two crosswalks with people waiting, and fly down MLK going 40-45. If their work demonstrates the same care and respect for the law as their driving, I wouldn’t touch these guys if they were the last contractor in town.

My wife and I had a waste-water pipe rupture under out kitchen sink in the middle of the night. I called Einstein the following morning and they sent out a plumber within a couple of hours.

Kenney Bush arrived right on-time and was able to assess the situation and provide us with a couple of options. Even though we ended up needing to call a Restoration company to remove some of our basement ceiling and drywall, Kenney was right by our side providing detailed information and suggestions. He was able to repair our broken pipe and even installed a new kitchen faucet and dishwasher, checking all of our water access points in the process.

Overall, I was very satisfied with Einstein Plumbing, as well as Kenney's professional attitude and dedication. I will be contacting Einstein again if I need any maintenance performed on my house in the future.
