Tony is a great guy: he’s friendly communicative, always looking to help, and wanting to do a good job to it’s completion. There are probably more I could say, but I could only be around him for a limited amount of time. I’d probably hang out with him if he wasn’t working in which I would comment more positive attributes. I had tree roots growing in my street line about 50 feet down the sewer line which were cleared (see photo). These guys are dedicated and know what they’re doing when it comes to clearing a sewer drain

Highly recommend - professional, explained the issue and repaired. We had a leak coming through the ceiling on our lower level, and turns out the upstairs toilet seal was needed replacing. Seems straight-forward, but we had no idea why water was coming through the ceiling. Very knowledgeable and responsive.

Last night I found my water heater was leaking. I knew it was 20 years old and needed to be replaced. I called a friend, who recommended Nate Deleganes of Pacific Crest Plumbing. I called and spoke to his very helpful wife. She worked me into Nate's schedule, and coordinated our schedules so that Nate and I arrived at my home about the same time. Nate was quick, courteous about my house and cleaning up after himself and his apprentice. He showed me what I needed to know about the new water heater and took away the old one. If you have to replace a water heater, this is as easy and as fair priced as it gets.

We asked the general contractor who recently did some work for us to recommended a plumbing company to replace a toilet. This is a job I did not want to tackle myself, since the toilet to be replaced was on the second floor. The contractor recommended Meticulous Plumbing. We had already purchased a toilet and had it ready for them. Two guys came out this morning to do the work. They were both friendly and very efficient and did a great job, making sure everything was to our satisfaction and cleaning up thoroughly. The lead plumber was Seth, he and his assistant were great to work with.

Beau just left my house seconds ago and I feel so compelled to give him a great 5 star review immediately. As a homeowner, it feels so good when you know you've got a skilled technician you know you would use for any future needs, whether it be a plumber, electrician, carpenter, etc. I know I've found my plumber and I like that feeling a lot. Beau is incredibly friendly and generous with his time and knowledge. He quickly fixed the issue but then he also talked through other things to be aware of as specifically relates to my house and plumbing for the future. He coached me on addressing plumbing emergencies in the future, he looked at a totally unrelated question I had and helped me better understand it. I don't believe he charges an estimate fee but regardless we just fixed it on the spot once he looked at it and diagnosed it. Of the companies we called, he was also the fastest to respond (and the only with a free estimate). He is an owner operator and I am a more confident home owner knowing that I can call him and refer others to him.

The two representatives of Portland Gas came to install a gas line to our gas grill located in our back yard. They did the project professionally and neatly.Their counsel was welcome as we move forward with the grill's use. Polite, professional, and engaging. I would strongly recommend Portland Gas to friends and neighbors in our new subdivision.

JAM workers replaced the plumbing and pipes to and in my bathroom and all the fixtures. they were on time and the workmanship was solid. When revisions were required to accommodate the new vanity and drawers for some built in cabinets they made them promptly and without question. they went above and beyond by putting needed structural reinforcements to the floor under the bathtub and did not bill me for it even though the problem was only discovered after work began. They also managed to replace pipes from the basement to second floor without requiring any walls to be torn out. They were a pleasure to work with. i'd definitely use them again

Grant C was awesome to work with. Grant was able to answer all of my questions, provided great service, and helped give me an unbiased opinion on what further plumbing services I needed. He was able to clearly explain the issue I was dealing with and what the next possible options were.
