Best Main Water Line Replacement Portland in Portland OR

Sooo..while taking a shower it ended up being clogged and water to my shins. I do loose alot of hair and thought I was doing a good job at clearing it. It was completely clogged. And 1 of the bathroom toilets were leaking. They fixed both issues same day and excellent job! Would highly recommend

Great friendly service, done quickly

We called with a shower blockage. The receptionist was very nice and indicated they could have someone out in an hour. Jason arrived an hour later. He was very friendly, gave us a clear, fair estimate for the work and then worked very hard and finished the job quickly even though he ran into some problems. Very pleased with the work.

Jason did a great job! He was available the same day I called, knew exactly what the problem was, gave us two options for resolving it, gave us a year warranty on the work just in case it came up again, looked at areas around the problem and gave us a quote to solve two other problems that we didn't realize that we had and should eventually address before a big problem shows up. He is polite, capable, clean, respectful, transparent, trustworthy, and a pleasure to work with. Thank you!

Amazing experience, I will be a customer for life. I have an older Trane high efficiency unit that stopped working. I had my usual shop come out and it was apparent to me the repair tech was stumped and instead of saying that, they told me I needed a new unit or control panel. I called Greenbox for a second opinion and their tech Bill knew exactly what was wrong, was respectful of the other repair person, and fixed it in less than 30 minutes just in time for the cold wave of weather. Amazing service in our “moment of need” - our AC went out on Thursday as temperatures started to soar. After calling many AC businesses - including the company that had been performing annual maintenance- to no avail, Apollo called us promptly on a Saturday morning with a confirmed time slot. I had a great experience hiring Nick at Pacific Crest to replace our main water service line. He was professional, friendly, and honest about everything. His prices are fair and he is upfront about any possible issues he could run into when performing the work. I would definitely contact him again for any plumbing job.

Unresponsive

Beau came out to fix a busted pipe in a crawl space. He wasn’t able to make the repair without first having the damage to the crawl space repaired. Like a pro, he coordinated with a company to get that process started the same day. Once he came back to to make the repair, he got it done quickly, but warned that if there back flow, to call and he’d be back ASAP. Lo and behold, the back flow started, and he was back onsite to take care of it within 30 minutes of getting the call. He does his job right and stands by his work, and he wants his customers to be happy. He’s a busy guy, but give him a call, and he’ll do his best to take care of you!

Very friendly and courteous. Discovered the problem right away, repaired and cleaned up. Would highly recommend their service again.

Joseph was very knowledgeable and professional. Though it was a stubborn clog he was persistent and cleared the drain. We would highly recommend Joseph and everyone else at service plus plumbing.
