If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Everyone I spoke to was so friendly, clear and helpful. We had a standard shower drain clog and needed it cleared same-day. They were able to fit me right in and Olivia called when she was on her way - she was right on time and beyond professional. She walked me through how they review and consult the situation, answered any questions and then was off to work! We had this drain clogged before and the other company was there for HOURS - Olivia got things running in less than 30 minutes! The best of all is she CLEANED THE WHOLE SHOWER! I was so happy because the last company left a HUGE mess.Overall I could not be happier with the service and value. So grateful for Olivia and the 3 Mountains team!

My almost 100 year old cast iron basement drain started backing up when I would run a load of laundry. I searched online and found Sewer Renewal Specialist. Joe came out with a special camera and showed me that my 2” drain pipe was only 25% open in sections. Joe was great to work with. He came up with good plan, explained everything and the price was fair. Taylor and Jose spent a day working and clearing 100 years of gunk. Unfortunately several sections of the drain pipe had rusted out on the bottom. It took some creative thinking by David (the owner) and Joe and they came up with a plan that would avoid jackhammering more of my finished basement. Every Sewer Renewal Specialist employee I had contact with was extremely polite and professional from the first person I spoke with on the phone to eventually working with 8 different employees by the time it was completed. They were on time, pleasant to work and did a good job tidying up. I would definitely recommend their services.

Bob is a true professional, quick, honest and accessible. We noticed that our water bill tripled out of nowhere , we called Bob to come by and diagnose the issue, he was flexible and made us feel like a top priority. He had our leak fixed quickly and at a phenomenal rate. We live in Oregon City and will only be working with Nichols Plumbing moving forward.

Paul and crew did an amazing emergency fix and then quickly did the rest of the job perfectly, cheaper than we expected. This is the second rescue he's done for us.
He's my go-to plumber from now on.

We paid $75 For Apollo to come out and assess the Leak at the water filtration system underneath the sink of our motorhome. We were given an estimate of $900 to replace a shark bite coupling at the water filter under the sink. This is something we are totally capable of doing ourselves. Had they quoted a price of $100 on top of the $75 I would’ve paid it gladly.

Fast, professional and informative! Nick is really the best. I've used him three times on my rental property as well as here in my home. He is always very quick to respond, offers very clear options, and always explains the best way to do things. He is clear, articulate, and very easy to work with. He definitely takes the sting out of having to deal with plumbing issues! I plan to continue to use Pacific Crest for anything and everything that deals with water!

Scott is so awesome! He was able to come same day when we had a plumbing emergency and stayed late into the evening! He also was incredibly patient dealing with our family member in the home who suffers with dementia. We’ve used Scott on several occasions now and will continue to do so if needed. 5 stars!

Edit: I've revised my review up after having some better communication with them after a bit of a rocky start. I'll revisit this once my project is done.

Excellent service - we had a large leak in an angle stop that was flooding the bathroom floor (due to a water supply line that had gotten corroded and caused failure in the angle stop when removed). We are currently dealing with another water leak problem that caused extensive damage and so this was causing great concern that we would have another part of house with severe water damage. Vinnie was able to come within 45 minutes and diagnose the problem, he quickly did a cutout and determined no internal leak and that the insulation and drywall were intact and repaired the problem and got the toilet working. We then had him service a second toilet which he was able to do quickly and got us a discount and threw in a couple of extra supply lines at no additional cost. I highly recommend Cornel, they are very professional and quick and their work comes with a 3 year warranty.

Was quoted a cheaper price by home depot then what the technician told me. But home depot did not know I was not code compliant, and did say that the price is subject to change upon a technician diagnostic. I am assuming the first quote is if nothing needs to be changed but the water heater itself. So although it was more than the initial quote from home depot I was not surprised as most older water heaters need repairs to other parts connected to the heater to be compliant and up to date or repaired in general. So not mad, but home depot should make that fine print (of being subject to change based on what your specific needs are,) into bigger print so peoples expectations of quotes are more aligned.
