Wow, such amazing service. Sutherland installed a new water heater for us about three years ago. On Friday, it started making a funny humming/vibrating noise. We called them and they contacted us right back and continued to text with my husband about when they might be able to come out. Today (Monday), my husband contacted them again to see if anyone could pop by because the noise was getting to us. Ti, the owner, made time to swing by and found the problem wasn't the water heater, but our doorbell malfunctioning and sending a noise through the water heater's copper tubing. He fixed in in a minute. Was literally in our home less than five minutes. We are so thankful and continue to be fans of Sutherland.

We decided to upgrade our summer cabin. We needed a company to fill an artificial pond. We contacted River City Environmental for an estimate. They provided a very fair price for the amount of water they would have to haul up a mountain. They delivered exactly as promised.

After a harsh winter serge, our kitchen sink, dishwasher and adjoining building's toilet and sink stopped working all at once. I called on a Monday morning and was told they were busy but they'd do what they could to fit us in, but it would be at most a week away. It turned out it took only two days. Terry and his son came out and fixed it. When we experienced additional problems overnight, he came first thing the next day and fixed it, no charge!

I can't say enough great things about Burfitt Plumbing! I had multiple plumbing issues that I had been putting off - nervous about what the cost would be. One of the issues was my water heater, not generating enough hot water anymore. My neighbor had the same issue around the same time, and his plumber replaced the whole water heater. Burfitt was able to just replace the bottom heating unit - saving me hundreds of dollars. The technician also took care of a leaky pipe that was attached to the garbage disposal and my broken bathroom drain plug. All this taken care of quickly, professionally and inexpensively and on a Saturday to boot! I wish I would have called sooner!

I called Mr. Rooter Plumbing when my basement began flooding on a Saturday afternoon. What a mess. Their experts were at my home within an hour. I can’t say enough about the kindness and professionalism of their team. Kevin, a seasoned professional and Rico his protege quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem and returned the next morning to replace some sub-standard piping in my upstairs sink. They were so attentive to every detail and answered all my questions. The bill was a bargain given the mess and the weekend hours. I have a new appreciation for how hard plumbers work. Mike and his crew were able to do a trenchless repair on a sewer connection separation within the same week we called for a quote. Mike was able to complete the job for half of the cost of another plumbing company who wanted to dig up the street for the repair. Will call Mike again in the future.

Both times I have called needing assistance with plumbing they have a plumber there the next morning. Knowledgeable plumbers who tell you what needs to be done and done right. Expect to pay some money though, plumbing is not cheap!
