Very poor customer service. Scheduled service, didn't show up or call. Did finally come and then overbilled. Still battling for a refund. Will not use them again.

Terry Massey Plumbing was the first company I called. He came out the next day to give me an estimate on replumbing my house. While he was here he listened to my frustrations and fixed my kitchen faucet, bathroom sinks and showers. I HAVE WATER PRESSURE NOW! He was very kind and professional. Mario was awesome. We were having gutters put in and needed an outside drain cap cut off in a hurry for a new downspout. We could not find a soul to do that. This was a dinky job but he did it anyway and quickly. He also gave us advice that saved us a huge headache and a ton of money had we listened to another company. Plus, he was just so pleasant and professional. We would hire him for any larger job in a heartbeat. Thanks Mario simply for being blunt and honest!

I needed all the pipes in my house replaced cause they were old and leaking. They sent someone out to give me an estimate, and it was reasonably priced. I was able to get on their schedule in a timely manor and everyone I worked with was super nice and friendly, from the guy they sent out for the estimate, the lady in the office, and the plumbers who replaced the waterlines in my house. Definitely recommend giving them a call.

I can't say enough about how satisfied I am with the service from Justin at Bruner Plumbing. I've had a shower valve that has had very low flow for months and tried everything I knew to remedy the situation, finally throwing in the towel and calling Bruner. Justin came on a service call and took the perfect methodical approach to solving the problem. Worst case scenario would have been cutting into the wall & drywall to replace the shower valve. Justin worked step by step backwashing and purging hot and cold supply lines and the valve and solved the problem. Bruner is my go to plumbing contractor and that's a comfort for me to have a solid, qualified & professional plumbing contractor in my arsenal for any problems that may come up down the road. I recommend them without reservation for your plumbing needs.

I had a clean out that was overflowing during the hottest unbearable 110 degree heat. Brooks came out and worked hard to take care of me. He couldn’t fix it and called someone who was close by to bring the high pressure machine, no extra charge. They both tried again. They couldn’t fix it but it wasn’t their fault. They marked the spot where the cameras stopped. They were great and did all they could. Had it been fixable by them, there’s no doubt they would’ve done it. I would use them again and recommend them.

I got a couple bids to fix my leaking shower. Vitaliy came and diagnosed the problem accurately. The other company tried to tell me it was a very expensive repair, we are talking replace whole shower surround
and Vitaliy diagnosed it was the drain pipe. Diligent Plumbing is very professional, good price, always responded promptly and answered my many questions.
I will definitely use Diligent Plumbing for future plumbing needs!
