TERRIBLE from the start! 3 different plumbers over 10 days! Incompetent, work was not up to NSPC codes! No offer to correct mistakes! Wouldn't accept anyway! DISRESPECTFUL PLUMBERS! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE! USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!

Duane was very polite and friendly. He was always communicating with me what he was doing, where and what needs to be done. I’d definitely call him again for any future plumbing services .

My kitchen drain had a hole in it and leaked into my basement ceiling. It was hard to find any plumber that would come out in the next couple days because they all seemed to be booked until after the 30th. THANKFULLY I found Paul's Plumbing online and made a call! Paul was super nice and was able to have someone come out the next day! I feel terrible cause I forgot the guy's name but he was SUPER nice and did an amazing job!!!! He informed me on everything that needed to be done and if he had to leave to get more parts. I love the work Paul's team did and will definitely use them again! They had great prices too!!!!

A very nice technician Kesa came out for a same day appointment on NYE and got my shower drain cleared at a much more affordable rate than some of the competitors. Drain cleaning came with a 90-day warranty which is nice. Would definitely call again.

Tim came out on a Sunday to replace my water heater! Since I had to replace the water heater, I had him do a lot of other plumbing jobs I had been putting off-- rebuilding the works in one toilet, replacing the other , and getting a new kitchen sink faucet. This was over a year ago and everything was done well and continues to do well. In fact, I think I need to replace my dishwasher now, so I'm about to call Tim to get his help once again.

Having worked with numerous Plumbing companies over the years as a Real Estate Broker getting an estimate is not always a given.
