Best Leaking Water Heater in Portland OR

We utilized this company for a real estate transaction and they were able to scope out the sewers. However, when we asked them to also scope the rain drains we did not hear anything for several days. When we asked for a report they sent us a blurry hand drawn photo. After repeated requests for a report I finally called the office manager Cindi. Cindi did not know how to upload videos via e-mail nor had she checked any of her recent company e-mails. At this point David decided to very rudely respond back to myself and our realtor. Take your business elsewhere.

This is by far the best plumbing group in the Portland OR area. We had a complicated repair and numerous issues. Ti, Cameron and Jack along with Courtney and Katrina in the office, are the most amazing team I have ever seen. I cannot thank them all enough for everything. I highly recommend Sutherland Plumbing.

First we were given a time frame of 8 to noon. Then at 11 I got a call saying the technician was running late but would be here. Then at 1:30 I got a call saying he was on his way and would be here within 30 minutes. At 3:30 my husband called back and in a 20+ minute run around call finally got the answer that the technician was 10 minutes away. He showed up 30 minutes later and informed my husband that the equipment he was using was old and he had spent the day getting it repaired so that he could do the work of flushing our underground drains. All this and we got to pay over $600. Now we are back to waiting on a bit to fix the pipe that is broken. I don't think that the office side knows what the work side is doing. There is a major amount of communication that is not being done at all and someone needs to step up and take on the task of fixing it.

I had a pipe break and called them at 7:30 in the morning. They responded within minutes and came to my house that same day. Diagnosed the problem quickly (broken pipe under a concrete slab) and quickly capped the old pipe and created a new line. Solved my headache in a few hours and they were affordable and professional.

Brian, from Mr. Rooter, did well on communication and, hopefully, determined what the problem was. TY.

Ryan was a true pro. Came out and in under a few hours fixed my issues and had great documentation before and after. Will use them again!

Just recently moved to Portland from Seattle, and Best Portland Plumbers did all the plumbing work in the new home we built. They were very professional & finished everything according to schedule. I plan to call them should I need any emergency repairs in the new home!

I can honestly share a great experience, I was unable to locate my sewer line clean-out on my house. I had had 2 other plumbers try to locate unsuccessfully. Mr rooter came out and was not only able to locate it but was also able to unblock my main line clog the technician was great and was very professional. Great service at an affordable price. I will only call Mr. rooter in the future for all my pluming issues.

Fast,efficient and professional in the installation/maintenance of my jetted bathtub in the master bathroom of my condo on Hayden Island. Fair prices and I would not hesitateto use them again.

I had suspected there was a water leak behind my shower, but I turned a blind eye for several months until the dribbling stream of water (through the tile under the spigot!) made it crystal clear that willful ignorance was no longer my best option.I found Nick (Pacific Crest Plumbing) on Angies List and Yelp and after reading reviews I had him come out to assess my situ. I liked his demeanor, professionalism and honesty, and I also felt immediately secure in his knowledge and experience. He quoted me a price that was right in line with what I was thinking, so I hired him for the job.

Nick and his assistant arrived right on time, and the experience was stress-free and very pleasant. What was most impressive was how efficient and TIDY they were ... even sweeping and wiping down my kitchen floor, as well as vacuuming up the dust and schmootz (they had to cut through a wall). Very nice! If/when future plumbing needs come up, I will definitely call Nick.

Kesa Auputiw, was an amazing technician! He figure out what was causing the slow drainage for our shower. He cleared the clog and now it drains like new! He was professional and friendly the entire time. He cleaned up his work area before he left. I would recommend Kesa to anyone who needs plumbing assistance! I recently used Park Place Plumbing and it was the best experience I’ve had with a plumbing company in a long time. Mike was a true professional. Mike made sure I understood everything that was going on and my options to resolve my problem. I have had a lot of bad experiences with plumbers in the past and Mike was the opposite, he was great! He was clean, thorough, patient, and because I understood what he was doing, ( because he took so much time making sure I understood) I felt the price I paid for his services was more than fair. I cannot say enough good things about Mike, and Park place Plumbing. I will be using him for all of my plumbing needs from now on and I suggest you do the same.
