Best Leaking Water Heater in Portland OR

We are expanding into our basement and decided to scope our sewer line to be sure it was still in good condition as to avoid needing to rip out sewer lines in a finished basement later on. However the problem was in our front yard where we had a product that was quickly found to be an inferior product (orangeburg) years ago. It needed to be replaced ASAP.

Learning more about our options, David and his crew came highly recommended as an option. Instead of needing to rip up our front yard David was able to line our existing sewer line from the street to just inside our foundation after cleaning and de-scaling our entire underground sewer line. The cost was more affordable and far less intrusive than trenching a new line in. They could have come while we were gone for the day and would never have known the work had been done! All the members of his crew, David included, were friendly, happy to answer questions, and worked quickly and methodically. They cleaned up when they were done to the point I wouldn’t have known they were there. Our yard looks no different t as there is no trench. They are a well oiled machine.

We are happy to have avoided any plumbing issues and also happy with the end result as we are confident this job was done at a top notch professional level as by the looks of the product and its install requirements demand.

Down the road, if the rest of the sewer line under our house needs replacement, lining it is still our go to option and would certainly call Dave back.

I was totally overwhelmed starting with a knock on the door from a water district employee, telling me I had a major leak in my main line. I remembered my late husband telling me if I need plumbing help to call Ty Sutherland from Sutherland Plumbing. So I did! He was out within a day, explained everything to me, gave me two options, took the time to explain it again to my son. They had to put a new line in and they had it finished within 4 hours! Two weeks later, I had another major water issue at a home out of town and I called Ty once again. He came all the way out to look at the problem and gave me a recommendation on how to go about fixing the issue. In this day and age, it’s hard to find someone goes out of their way to help, is straight up, honest, kind and very reasonable repair costs. I will never use anyone else for any plumbing issue.

Replaced hot water heater faster than the big stores, and were so pleasant to work with. Now I have a plumber!

Mason was professional and very thorough. It was difficult job and he wouldn't leave until it was done correctly and complete. Would use again. Even cleaned up our sink.

I can't say enough great things about Burfitt Plumbing! I had multiple plumbing issues that I had been putting off - nervous about what the cost would be. One of the issues was my water heater, not generating enough hot water anymore. My neighbor had the same issue around the same time, and his plumber replaced the whole water heater. Burfitt was able to just replace the bottom heating unit - saving me hundreds of dollars. The technician also took care of a leaky pipe that was attached to the garbage disposal and my broken bathroom drain plug. All this taken care of quickly, professionally and inexpensively and on a Saturday to boot! I wish I would have called sooner!

I called them about a leak under our mobile home. Even though no one could help right then they made every effort to provide a plumber within 2 hours. They were able to take care of the problem. The office and plumbers were great! I would use them again.

Absolutely amazing ..

A couple nights ago, my bathroom sink started flooding and I had to called Best Portland Plumbers. They were at my house in surprisingly short order & effectively fixed the flood. Will use again as needed in the future!

We had an absolutely fantastic experience working with Brian and Cameron from Mr. Rooter. After a few bad experiences with plumbers, it was a relief to work with these guys. Had Sarkinen Plumbing out last year to replace some galvanized plumbing. I’d purchased a vacant home in Vancouver and when I ran my clothes washer the first time it backed up into the sinks inside the house. Sarkinen got me scheduled immediately and came out 2 days later. Their workers were professional and fast, diagnosed and replaced piping all within a few hours. Would definitely recommend Sarkinen!

Treven's journeyman skills were apparent - this wasn't an easy installation. However, he made it look easy! (I couldn't have done it)
