Best Leaking Water in Portland OR

My wife and I were very happy with our experience with Sewer Renewal Specialists. There were several curveball related to our job, which resulted in the project costing more and requiring a larger work force. Even with that occurring early on, David and his team honored the original quote and were very professional throughout the job. Caesar and his entire team worked long hours and stayed until the job was done right. During a time when many companies don't go the extra mile to provide good costumer service, Sewer Renewal Specialists worked hard to do exactly that.

This company is fantastic; exactly what you hope for when you have any work done on your house. They installed a new water main for me in a tricky situation with many variables. They were professional, timely, communicative, responsive, and did superlative work at a fair price. Ten stars!

I have used Bruner both for my home and for our HOA private street. We have experienced great service, fast, and economical compared to other bids. Out last job was a complicated water leak in the street and Bruner's coordination with the city was exemplary. I like doing business with this family. Horrible, over-priced, extremely rude customer service!
I hired a plumber to re-connect all our under sink pipes, after we removed the sink to re-do our counters. The technician (William) was extremely rude the entire time he was in my home. When I noticed the water to the dishwasher and the water filter wasn't working, he told me he had connected the pipes he was supposed to and that turning on the water wasn't part of his job. After he connected everything, one of the pipes was leaking (which I don't believe it was previously) instead of admitting error in the reconnection process, he decided I needed a new pipe, which he promptly charged me an additional $99 for (it took him 5 minutes max to install) The price turned out to be by the job, rather than the hour (like all the other plumbers I called) Where most plumbers were $85/hr and the job took 1.5hrs, I paid $337 total (the equivalent of nearly 4 hours! It would have been one thing to be overcharged, but to be treated so rudely in my own home was totally unprofessional and unnecessary!

Update - After numerous calls to Mr. Rooter requesting for the work to be completed and approved by the city, the approval was gained on March 22nd, 2019. Almost 4 months since the work began.We purchased a new home that needed sewer work back on February 15th 2019. Mr. Rooter came in and did the work prior to our move, completed the sidewalk restoration, but never followed up with the city to get the final approval. After following up multiple times over the course of two months, they finally scheduled for the inspector to come in. The city stated that the sidewalk was not meeting their standard and they had to redo it to get their approval. Fast forward 2.5 months, on May 3rd, they came to take out the sidewalk. We've followed up multiple times, have not heard back, and still don't have a timeline of when the work will be fully completed and approved by the city. It's been 3 months - this is unacceptable!

This is the second time Justin has been out to my home..What a pleasure! He is super efficient and helpful. He explained everything and made sure I didn't need anything else. He is very professional and pleasure to talk to. I will make sure I ask for him again! Thank you again Justin for the great work!!!

P1 Plumbing installed a brand new water heater for our home. He was very professional during the entire process and was easy to work with. I would highly recommend P1 Plumbing to all my friends and family. They are very hard working people and do amazing job. We love our new water heater.

A couple nights ago, my bathroom sink started flooding and I had to called Best Portland Plumbers. They were at my house in surprisingly short order & effectively fixed the flood. Will use again as needed in the future!

Mr. Jim MCDonald & Mr. Cody Churchwell, were very prompt, professional & very knowledgeable. They were patient & listened to my needs. They inspected the problem & then went on to solve my problem. Absolutely fabulous, Ben was to my house within 2 hours of my call. Very professional, assessment done we discussed options. He proceeded and repaired problem. Extremely efficient, friendly, clean, in this day and age he exceeded my expectations.

We had Park Place Plumbing replace three outdoor faucets and install one new one. Mike was on time and performed the work in a timely manner. Very happy with the quality of their workmanship.
