I recently had to replace my water heater and other water supply valves that were needing attention. We hired Sutherland Plumbing to do the work, and they did a fantastic job! Our old water heater was getting to the end of its life, and we were always having trouble with having enough hot water to fill our large master bathroom tub. We were also experiencing high water pressure in our house that needed correction. Ti Sutherland, the owner of Sutherland Plumbing, was extremely helpful in providing me with solutions to take care of our plumbing problems. He took the time to answer all my questions. I really appreciated his efforts and willingness to spend the time to help me feel comfortable with deciding what to do. On the day of the water heater replacement, Ti and his senior plumber, Cameron, showed up at the appointment time on schedule. They completed the work that was agreed upon quickly and efficiently. Ti spoke to me about his goal with Sutherland Plumbing to do quality work and using best practices. I believe that he means what he says. With the water heater installation, they improved our natural gas pipe alignment and anchoring, which also runs to the furnace. They improved the A/C condensate pump drain line alignment (unkinked and removed sags), which had nothing to do with the plumbing work requested! Sutherland Plumbing was not required to do these improvements while fulfilling the contracted work, but Ti and Cameron included it as part of what they believed to be a quality installation. Overall, I am very happy Sutherland Plumbing with the high quality of work and service that they provided. They replaced the water heater and fixed the water pressure problem along with other plumbing improvements. We now have enough hot water for our family of five and as a bonus, can fill our large master bathtub!

Tech who came to fix our bathroom sink drain was terrific; pleasant, efficiently got the drain cleared. The problem was the enormous, out of scale cost of the work: $469 before a senior discount of $100!! If I'd done some research, I would have found reputable local companies who do drain clearance for less than $100. I allowed myself to be victimized by the long-time ad campaign that Roto-Rooter has promoted in the media. Never again!

I loved the friendly, knowledgeable service. It was nice to feel like my problem was your problem to fix, not like it was just a job for money. Thank you for such great service. I had a whole new main plumbing line from street meter to house replaced and the whole drainage line under the house, plus they gave me a temporary hook up to the meter until the whole thing could be replace, so we didn't have to go without water.

When the garbich disposal broke down in my house, Yuriy installed a new one very quickly and professionally. He also replaced the pipes in the wall when they started leaking. Very satisfied with his services and professional work. Highly recommend!👍🏻

Excellent, reliable company. Just called them yesterday for an emergency with my toilet as I have people coming over for Thanksgiving tomorrow!! Luckily, they were able to fix it quickly and Thanksgiving at my house won't be threatened :) Happy holidays

The plummer (Kate) was very timely, polite and courteous. Explained clearly everything she was doing. She took a moment to greet my dog so that she’d calm down. Was very patient with my extremely curious kitten always being in the way.

Okay, well they say that for every bad review you probably have 10 or more good one's that don't get written, or something like that. SO... I needed to write a GREAT review for Pacific Crest Plumbing. Nick, his assistant and his wife are great people. They really care about the job they are doing for their customers. They are quick with an estimate and will explain everything in detail. They guarantee their work and will give you options depending on your budget. ( I had my entire plumbing replaced with Pex, a new water heater installed and a few faucet repairs) They were on time, did a great job at a reasonable price and with a great sense of humor. To prove this, I played a nasty prank on them on April 1st and told them that my plumbing had sprung a leak. I've never had a company respond so quickly before. After calming Nick's wife down when I explained it was a joke, we all had a good laugh. Yeah, it was mean and I would probably never do that again... but Nick said that hardly anyone ever gets him on April Fools, so I hope they forgave me. But seriously, if you are looking for an honest company that stands behind their work, these are the people to call. Nick even gave advice about another plumbing issue I had in my home that was unrelated to the job he did, about 6 months after the fact. So, what are you waiting for? Rene'

Thomas was very courteous and helpful. The glog under the kitchen sink cleared on its own about 30 mins before he arrived. I attempted to cancel the appointment but Thomas offered to inspect my plumbing anyway. He provided some tips and recommendations on preventing further plumbing issues. Glad we have a Rescue Rooter close by so we can call them in the future. Thanks Thomas.

I hired Park Place because someone recommend them off my local messaging board service. I could not be more happy with the work they did, they also did a FREE crawl space inspection which was unexpected. Mike the owner did the repairs, he was early to job, got the job done in less time then I thought and charged a good price. I will be using Park Place again for any and all plumbing needs. THANK YOU for being a honest company!

So, last week, the water pressure on the house is suddenly too low to use, and determined that the main water line to the house had finally croaked after 80± years. Panicking, I called 3 Mountains for a bid. They showed up and quoted me more than 8k!!... So I got 3 more bids... 4k, 4.5k, 6k...

Then, on a whim, I called Simpson, and thank goodness I did. They showed up the next day to bid the work, and it was less than 3k!! They had everything drilled and repiped the next day. They were fast, no-nonsense, and have great financing. The guys laid down drop cloths to not make a mess and were super friendly. The work was done in less than 4 hours. Amazing.
