We contacted Sutherland Plumbing at the recommendation of one of our contractors. Ty Sutherland takes enormous pride in his work. Not only did he replace our rusting water line, but he also identified and fixed some other plumbing issues that could have caused us heartache later. He is very careful to present alternatives and list the pros and cons of each approach. He and his team stayed late to make sure the work was done to his exacting requirements. I cannot say enough great things about Ty and his team, very grateful for their high quality work.

I can't say enough about how satisfied I am with the service from Justin at Bruner Plumbing. I've had a shower valve that has had very low flow for months and tried everything I knew to remedy the situation, finally throwing in the towel and calling Bruner. Justin came on a service call and took the perfect methodical approach to solving the problem. Worst case scenario would have been cutting into the wall & drywall to replace the shower valve. Justin worked step by step backwashing and purging hot and cold supply lines and the valve and solved the problem. Bruner is my go to plumbing contractor and that's a comfort for me to have a solid, qualified & professional plumbing contractor in my arsenal for any problems that may come up down the road. I recommend them without reservation for your plumbing needs.

Terry was amazing. I called yesterday (a Sunday evening) at 5:40pm, he was here at 6:10pm. My kids were wild and crazy and asking a million questions. I was super impressed with Terry and how he told the kids- go sit down and watch a movie and I will give you peppermint when I am done. And when there was something they could do he asked them to help. He absolutely did not have to interact with my kids at all. He was here to fix my clogged pipe- but the fact that he not only quickly and efficiently fixed my problem- He was kind to my kids- which is the way to a Moms heart for sure. I have always been a Roto Rooter supporter- but now I will always ask specifically for Terry.

Both times they have been to the house they have been there quickly. Their work has been admirable. Their prices have always been very fair. Alan is awesome.

Zach was a great representation of a good knowledgeable plumber. We uncovered the problem behind the problem and created a total solution for my families peace of mind! Water damage is very destructive and often you don't see the problem until it's created a big problem structurally. I look forward to using them again for any AC, Furnace or plumbing issue that arises in the future.

Yuriy has been incredible to work with. He is always on time and gives expert advice. His attention to detail is truly top notch. Just recently moved to Portland from Seattle, and Best Portland Plumbers did all the plumbing work in the new home we built. They were very professional & finished everything according to schedule. I plan to call them should I need any emergency repairs in the new home!

We thought we needed a sump pump installation ($$$$), but after their inspection they proposed a much more cost effective solution. They were able to complete the work the same day of the inspection, and explained everything to us along the way. We’re very happy with the service provided, and will continue to call them for our plumbing needs!

Sarkinen Plumbing was there when we needed them with quick service. The technician was competent and did a great job! I was a little annoyed that we have to patch our own dry wall since they had to cut out a panel for access to the plumbing but I understand that they are plumbers not drywallers and they do good plumbing! They also did provide us with a plastic fitted panel that temporarily filled the hole in the wall. Overall a good experience!

My initial reason for calling a plumber was a faucet replacement, but Treven had no problem with my laundry list of additional issues while he was here. He was patient answering all my questions about our aging plumbing. I had to decide how extensively he should address the older plumbing lines connecting to the sink and he gave me enough info that I felt comfortable leaving that part until a future repipe of the house. In short, he didn't insist I replace something now that will be replaced when we repipe the house in the near future. I also didn't anticipate that I could get a discount on the faucet I wanted through s specific provider until I spoke with the gal in the office to set up the appointment. Perhaps that's something most plumbers offer, but I didn't expect it and it really saved money!

I called another company first, they had said it would be a 2 hour wait and then called after an hour to say they had no idea what time they'd be able to come. I canceled and called this place, and Ryan was here within 30 minutes. He was very professional and kind, and explained things every step of the way. I would definitely recommend them and when/if I need to call again, I will be asking for Ryan! Thank you for all of your help!

I needed prompt help with a clogged drain, and Mike was so responsive and accommodating! He was thorough in clearing the drain and then testing it to confirm it was taken care of. He cleaned up the area around the sink very well.

Overall a fantastic experience, and I already scheduled him to address a different issue with my dishwasher!
