Sutherland Plumbing was incredibly accommodating diagnosing the problem, recommending solutions, coordinating the myriad of prework and players involved, and then completing the work quickly and efficiently. Their professionalism and friendliness was spot-on from Courtney who coordinates scheduling, to Ty who fielded my long list of questions and texts, to the crew who completed the work (Ty, Cameron, and Nathan), and even to the post-work review and paperwork. But it’s not only the quality of their work, work ethic, and how they interacted with me that makes them stand out. It’s the way they treat each other … they have such a rhythm working alongside each other, no hesitation to get in and get the job done, a sense of camaraderie and mutual respect for each other that just put me at ease during a stressful situation. While I hope I won’t have any more plumbing emergencies, I know that I’ll call on them again for any job ... big or small.

Late Saturday evening I was alerted by my neighbor that my front yard was leaking. After calling several different plumbers, Home Advisor got me in touch with Rob from PDX Sewer Solutions.

Rob was able to help calm me down, use his experience to walk me through my next steps, and showed up at my house within the hour even though he was coming from a couple towns away. Rob and Ty were quickly able to turn off my water line to prevent further damage to my property and were back first thing Sunday morning to find the root cause.

The crew was prompt, professional, and extremely quick with their repairs. Even though they dug a hole almost 5 feet deep, you would never be able to tell with how clean and neat everything was put back together. These guys saved my day and my home; I cannot recommend them enough!

Terry Massey installed an extensive array of plumbing in our new church building a few years ago. The building is large with multiple bathrooms, kitchen and nursery facilities for young children. Additionally, we did a major redo of many of the water supplies and waste drainage throughout our several acre property, some of which were quite complicated. Tim from Standard Plumbing & Heating gave us excellent service! He was very prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and got the job done right! He was able to diagnose that the leak in our bathroom was coming from the wax seal under the toilet, replaced & repaired it. Tim also took a looked at & replaced the guts of both of our toilets, which he explained needed to be done, in an understandable way and saved us money in the long run. Tim also didn’t leave a mess big mess behind, which I always appreciate. We will definitely call them in he future for all of our plumbing needs!

In our two bathroom remodel George replaced all of the plumbing. He found and repaired a mystery leak that had been slowly dripping for years. He replaced all of the tub and shower valves, the toilets and associated installation plumbing, and all of the faucets and sink plumbing. He also fixed an additional shower that had dripped for years because the valve was shot.
George's communication is top notch. We always knew when to expect him and he always showed up when he said he would. He was incredibly respectful of our home offices and didn't interfere with our workday. His work is done correctly, the first time, every time. It was truly a pleasure every time he showed up. He's the only subcontractor on this project that I can say all of this about. I will definitely call GLS for future plumbing needs.
