Steve was the upmost professional. I wanted to ensure my drains would either be cleared, or at least troubleshoot a bit as to what was going on. I had sent away a competitor the week prior to finding Steve and AAA drain cleaning. The gentleman that showed up for the 1st business clearly didn't care whether the job was completed to a high standard nor seem interested in troubleshooting the issue. He wanted to hydrojet and move on. Steve was immediately very helpful, very straightforward about the process, and super knowledgeable and willing to do the work to diagnose the problem. He's just a great guy. You can tell he cares about the work he's doing. Highly recommend.

We had a clog down our drain pipe for our washer and Jeff got it sorted out in a few minutes. We tried getting it unclogged with a rented equipment from Home Depot ourselves but with no success. You gotta let the professional, Jeff in this case, do what he do best.

I don't ususally write reviews at all, much less negative ones. But I am so appalled by my experience with this company... A technician came out to fix our garbage disposal. Looked down in to it for like 15 seconds, got on his ipad and said it would be over $500 to fix and that we should just replace it for over $1000. The disposal is just a year old! So I had someone else out, he got under the sink and fixed it five minutes. Didn't want to charge us at all. I called to inform the company and the person at the call center was extremely patronizing and just kept making excuses. Completely unacceptable. Beware of extreme upselling with this company!

Meticulous Plumbing repaired a burst pipe at my house. The plumber (Erin) was very friendly and did a great job explaining my options and giving advice to avoid having the same issue again in the future. She was great to work with. I didn't get another quote so I can't really comment on the price but I feel like it was probably fair. I would use them again next time I need a plumber.

Had a wonderful experience with a technician named Josh. Very timely, and efficent in repairing/replacing our broken main drain line. Included my opinion in the whole process and didn't try to sell anything we didnt need. Highly reccomend. Bonus the work comes with a 1 year warranty. Thank you so much!

With that said, consumers may find their pricing to be at a full retail level but, with a $49 refundable (if you proceed with the work) estimate fee the option is entirely yours as to whether to proceed or not. Having worked with numerous Plumbing companies over the years as a Real Estate Broker getting an estimate is not always a given.

The repair technician Chris deL. showed up promptly and even sent a text when he was on the way. He was courteous, masked and put on paper footies before entering. He diagnosed the issue very quickly, ordered and picked up the parts and returned to do the installation all in short time. He was very friendly and we had a nice chat while he worked. I would highly recommend this technician to anyone with plumbing needs.
