I returned home on Sunday afternoon to a 6-ft diameter puddle of water in the garage. Time for a new water heater. I started a Google search and while screening nearby plumbers, I noticed Three Mountains Plumbing said they were open. Really? Sunday afternoon. I had seen their trucks around and noticed a boatload of high reviews, so I called and sure enough, someone answered. It was their answering service. The person was very polite and professional. Within an hour I had a call back from someone at Three Mountains to schedule service for the next day, which I did - they had a time in the afternoon which fit my schedule. So far, this was great! They confirmed the time Monday morning, but due to some jobs taking longer than expected, they had to reschedule me for Tuesday. They scheduled me for their first appointment and offered me $100 off any service for my inconvenience. Unheard of! The customer service and communication from Three Mountains is top-notch. The next morning, I get a call confirming the appointment and my plumber, Monsae, arrives right on time. He was great. Kinda shook his head at the existing installation. Then he confirmed the old water heater was shot and provided me options for replacement. He also pointed out a couple of code issues left over from previous work. Monsae checked stock, had a new water heater delivered, and within 3 hours of his arrival, I was making hot water in a brand new hot water heater with an installation that looks a heckuva lot cleaner than the old one. I can't say enough good things about my experience. Great customer service, great plumbers, and high-quality parts/equipment. There's really nothing I can suggest for improvement. The cost was a bit more than I was expecting, which meant nothing since I had no basis to form that expectation -- I rarely call a plumber and the old hot water heater was 14 years old. After a bit of research, I have no complaints. The cost was reasonable for the equipment and service I received. Three Mountains Plumbing has earned my business and recommendations.

I cannot say enough about how great our experience with Bruner was! I can do most plumbing work myself, but when we had a main line leak I decided to get quotes from several local plumbers. Bruner was prompt, honest, fair and incredibly affordable compared to all the others. And best of all they came in under the bid! We will be using them again the next time something comes up and definitely would refer anyone to them. Highly recommended!

Gary was a life saver! Our water main pipe broke late last night and gushed for several hours before our neighbor alerted us. Thankfully my husband was able to figure out how to shut off the water from the meter but it wasn't easy (he didn't have the key) and so it took 45 minutes.

Gary was able to come over mid-morning after hubby got up at the crack of dawn to dig a hole where he suspected the broken pipe was. GARY FIXED THE BROKEN 2 PIPE AND CHARGED US a very fair hourly rate (even on a Sunday).

We will definitely call him again if we have plumbing problems. We live in Forest Heights and he is less than 10 minutes away.

Nicholas out tech was awesome and had the drain cleared in no time!

After dealing with a repeatedly clogged sink for the last year I finally called this guy and he was prompt, courteous, and he got the job done.

I called up Frontier Plumbing and Drain for a straight forward alcove tub install for my bathroom renovation projects. What turned into a single day job, quickly became week long project. Not because of Frontiers work, but the shoddy job previous home owners and builders did.

Jeff was great. Was up front with the costs and extra time it would take. He did what he said he would do got under budget as well. I can't but help recommend Frontier Plumbing and Drain enough to everyone I talk with.

I was definitely in a pretty tough situation and It only took one call to Mike to take care of everything and get my home up and running again. Really appreciate Clark County plumbing and will definitely refer them to everyone I know.

My toilet was clogged BAD. I called several places and they could see me in a week or two. I called All Pro Plumbing and they were able to come out the next day. What a relief!

Duane was very polite and friendly. He was always communicating with me what he was doing, where and what needs to be done. I’d definitely call him again for any future plumbing services .

A couple nights ago, my bathroom sink started flooding and I had to called Best Portland Plumbers. They were at my house in surprisingly short order & effectively fixed the flood. Will use again as needed in the future!

Devin showed up early and was extremely communicative about his eta to our house to make sure that that would work for us. He arrived with a smile on his face and a positive attitude. Devin continued with his great communication even when our clogged drain made him take additional steps to fix the issue. Despite the addition time and effort that Devin had to go to, his smile and positive attitude remained just as it had when he arrived.I don’t write reviews often, if ever, but I would recommend Apollo Drain to anyone and tell them to specifically request Devin.

Nick is truly amazing. I called Pacific Crest Plumbing for help installing a new drain assembly in my pedestal sink. It seemed like a pretty straight forward job, but I was struggling to access the pipes behind the base of the pedestal sink. I thought I was going to have to remove the pedestal sink, which was more than I wanted to take on by myself. When I called Pacific Crest, Nick let me know that he had retired but nonetheless asked me what I needed help with and told me that, because he loves plumbing, he'd be happy to answer any questions I have. This was exactly what I needed. This is the first time I've tried to do basic plumbing, so I'm learning as I go. I've been learning from YouTube videos and online reading. Nick explained the basics of my project and helped me troubleshoot some issues, while also giving his opinion on the cost range to hire a plumber and some plumber recommendations. With the new info Nick gave me, I decided to give my project one more shot, and it worked! I got the drain installed and there doesn't appear to be leaks. Thank you, Nick! I'm beyond grateful for your help.

We had a leak in our main water line. It turned into a massive job because the leak detection company had difficulty locating the leak. Sarkinen plumbing had to do a great deal of work for me over a number of weeks. Derek and Daniel were both co-leading the job. Both are extremely professional, genuine and responsive. I was in a pretty desperate situation, and was afraid that they would try to take advantage of me. They didn't at all. They were honest, direct, and clear with their communication, and very reasonable and fair with their charges. I HIGHLY recommend Sarkinen. I feel strongly you can trust them to be reasonable, and deliver responsive, high quality work that they'll stand behind.

Call the company for the first time a man answer the phone did not tell me the company name just said hello super standoffish I asked if he can come out to check out my home he said no he can’t I asked him if he can refer to anybody he said no and hung up on me super weird I would not recommend them
